MarcusLeCoy Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 "Fry and the gang will be back for at least 13 new episodes on Comedy Central." http://tv.ign.com/articles/714/714479p1.html
jon_hill987 Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 I'm detecting a coolness of over 40 mega Fonzies!
TiE23 Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Fox finally fully realizes the error of their ways. Muwahahaha!
MachineCult Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Fox finally fully realizes the error of their ways. Muwahahaha! lol, Yeah, now all they have to do is bring back Firefly and all their sins will be forgiven.
DarthAve Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 I read about this on yahoo a few days ago and posted it in Raz's Domain. I was all like "KICKASS!!" when I read it.
The Seeker Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 This is the happiest day of my life. Up till now, my life had lost meaning, but now I am found again. Seriously though, this kicks major ass. Futurama was a show that I ignored until it was taken away. Then I started watching the reruns on Cartoon Network and saw the light. Brilliant show. Glad to see it coming back.
BongoBob Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Hell yes. Times infinity. That show is easily one of the most brilliant cartoons ever. So much hidden humour mixed in.
Tyrion Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Fox finally fully realizes the error of their ways. Muwahahaha! No they didn't: they just saw moolah and lunged for it. Comedy Central are the real heroes of the modern era.
Prime Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Comedy Central are the real heroes of the modern era.I don't think I ever thought I would actually see this sentence.
El Sitherino Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Now if only they could pick of Invader Zim Except Comedy Central is owned by Viacom, who own Nickolodeon. So... no.
BongoBob Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Damnit. Somebody needs too. I need more Jhonen Vasquez, be it animation or comics.
Tyrion Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I don't think I ever thought I would actually see this sentence. Well, it's sadly true. Fox is crapping on every program it takes under its wing, TechTv drove off a cliff with its family in the car, and the Sci-fi Channel, though it tries, has Down Syndrome but occasionally shows genius in shows like Stargate and Battlestar Galactica. There's probably lots of other channels too, but those are the ones I know that tend to have more than a couple hit shows. Comedy Central at least has South Park, Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Reno 911, and now Futurama; plus, the other entertainment they have is occasionally funny comedy skits(RIP Mitch Hedberg ) and B-movies that you can at least watch knowing full on well that they're destroying your brain cells. And that's a liberty we rarely have today.
Nalukai Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 right on.... i figured theyd go CN since thats about the onhly place that houses the episodes now... but I can deal with some com Central as long as they dont try and pull that censor crap with it like they did with south park.
jon_hill987 Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 LOL! I just watched a couple of episodes on sky3. "Where no Fan has Gone Before" has to be one of my favorates! 2008 seems a long time to wait though. And those of us who don't get comedy central will have to wait even longer
BongoBob Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 There's always the power of the interwebnets >.> <.< *BongoBob does not advocate piracy*
