Vikinor Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 Yeah, saw this a couple days ago. He makes Luke look like a fool.
BongoBob Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6I_1pf7pH3k&NR Liked that one better.
MarcusLeCoy Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 I love the Star Wars kid one as well. Colbert rocks!
Pho3nix Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 That clip made me laugh pretty hard. Excellent.
Bob Lion54 Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 For any Dungeons and Dragons Fans. Someone posted this on the DDO forums. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtqxnGfyx7U
ET Warrior Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 He used to be one of the correspondents on the Daily Show, a mock news program here in the states. Now he has his own show called the Colbert Report which is a slightly different mock news program.
El Sitherino Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 Colbert is made of win and universal awesome.
Pnut_Man Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Apparently a nerd employee at comedycentral is a Jedi Academy fan. Funny, when you realize how ghetto that first clip is. Let's use Jedi Academy's rancor npc and save ourselves the hassle of paying some animator!

Let's use Jedi Academy's rancor npc and save ourselves the hassle of paying some animator! Not quite. That clip was modified by some guy from YouTube who took Stephen Colbert's footage on greenscreen and added in a background and the Rancor model from a website.
Pnut_Man Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Not quite. That clip was modified by some guy from YouTube who took Stephen Colbert's footage on greenscreen and added in a background and the Rancor model from a website. That makes much more sense. I was wondering why comedycentral would bother paying Lucasarts for a clip like that, hehe. Youtube and the thousand edits that spawn from one video...
Seph Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 It's a contest to see who makes the best one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Rx1RwE77LI&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgz0gm6Z_jQ&mode=related&search=
edlib Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I'm kinda surprised nobody's posted this yet... George Lucas' entry on The Colbert Report... (Not a joke!) The Lucas/ Colbert lightsaber duel at the end of the show was also one of the best ever... I also like the clip of Jane Fonda gettin' frisky with Stephen... HOT STUFF!!!
MTV2 Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 wasn't this posted awhile ago? as far as i know, it was. old, but still funny
edlib Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 The thread started a while back when Colbert first offered his challenge,.. but Colbert ended the contest on last night's show (unless it was a repeat that I somehow missed the first time...) and had George Lucas on as his guest. It was a riot!
swphreak Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I just finished watching it now. It was awesome. Everyone should catch the repeat episode. That George L. contestant was just awesome.
