Balderdash Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Does anyone watch this? In case anyone is at all interested, Raphael Sbarge, the guy that does the voice of Carth Onasi, is going to be in several episodes of the new season.
Balderdash Posted January 8, 2007 Author Posted January 8, 2007 He plays a victim of terrorism, basically. His family get held hostage and they make him do things for them.
The Doctor Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 He also played Michael Jonus in Star Trek: Voyager. I've seen 24 a few times, but I could never really get into it for some reason.
Balderdash Posted January 9, 2007 Author Posted January 9, 2007 I watched Voyager, but I don't remember that character. Refresh my memory?
The Doctor Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 He was the guy who betrayed Voyager to the Kazon (after Seska). Neelix killed him in a fight in Engineering. Coolant gas or something like that.
milo Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 He also played Michael Jonus in Star Trek: Voyager. I've seen 24 a few times, but I could never really get into it for some reason. Yeah, me neither.
Nema_Suneimi Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Yes, I'm definitely going to be DVR'ing Raphael's episodes of 24.
Carlo El Sanchez Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 I watched the first season but then lost intrest as it became so crap.
Grey Master Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 *looks at the other comments* tsk tsk tsk Those series are sooo cool!! I can't believe that almost nobody likes it. When does 24 begin again?

Yes, 24 is a very good series fill with adventure and great suspense, but it's strange how every season is only 24 hrs long.
CSI Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Correct, 24 is a very, very good TV series, I just finished Season 1, and I love it... Frankly, I have Season 2 and Season 3 on DVD, and I'm going to get 4 and 5 the following Satursday...This series is best series, other than CSI, CSI: Miami and CSI: NY.
The Doctor Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Well, if every episode is in real time, that makes each episode one whole day. The typical series runs for seven seasons. That's one busy week.
Bob Lion54 Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 Well, if every episode is in real time, that makes each episode one whole day. The typical series runs for seven seasons. No, the whole season is 24 hours. Each episode is one hour. 24 episodes per season at one hour each = 24 hours per season See?
HerbieZ Posted January 10, 2007 Posted January 10, 2007 So it's season six already. You'd think he would have cottoned on that hes aged six years in six days.
Balderdash Posted January 10, 2007 Author Posted January 10, 2007 Each season takes place a year or more apart. It's not one day after the other.
Phision Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 24 has to be one of the best shows ever, including stargate SG1 and Atlantis. you can see the first 4 episodes of day six on this website i know of. its like an index site, a links site if you see what i mean. anyways if you want the address PM me because i tend not to give it out so everyone can see because they have had to change servers because of the amount of hits already and i have a feeling if it gets any worse then they may have to change again. n e ways PM if you want the URL.
mur'phon Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 My problem with 24 is not that it isn't a good serie (it was one of my favorites.) It's just that everytime it's badly bad terrorists versus goodly god but law/rule breaking bauer. Compared to the rest of the series with the same/slightly changed formula, it's great, but after seeing 2 seasons pluss the start of every new one, I have had enough (and I have also noticed bauer becoming more and more of a supahero.) In short, I think its good repetetive science fiction
DarthMuffin Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 I really loved the first one, but could never get into the second. Perhaps it's because the first one started during the night and it gave it a special feel. I'm considering getting my hands on season 5, since I heard it was one of the best.
