ThunderPeel2001
It's only in German at the moment... I think, but it looks pretty damned impressive! Good on them for actually finishing one of these projects. A lot of talent and hard work must have been involved! http://www.zak2.org/
jp-30
Can anyone confirm if it's only playable in German so far? Mirrors listed here; http://www.zak2.org/wbblite/thread.php?threadid=399&sid

Sven_Q45
Oh, now it´s on Grumpy Gamer. I wanted post it here, too. But I was to afraid of. The LA-Guys have their eyes everywhere. @ThunderPeel2001 Yes. Only in german at this moment. And: Yes, it took 7 years of development!!
ThunderPeel2001
Yes, it took 7 years of development!! Gee. Surely we should show some support by posting a news item about it, then?
Sven_Q45
Sure. Post it in the news. I think there´s nothing to afraid of. (?)
Udvarnoky
LucasLegal? (Actually, I think the game deserves a proper news writeup with history of the project, etc. but seeing as I don't speak German I don't feel qualified.)
Remi
Yeah, LucasLegal and no English version I believe were the two reasons nothing was brought up. I believe. I don't know, I don't care either way. ¬
jp-30
Are there any German speaking staffers who could drop the team a note and see if they want the game featured or newsed on Mojo?
The Tingler
I would've News-ed it, but the lack of an English version as of yet procludes the enjoyment for a lot of people here. And I keep forgetting whenever I'm at home.
Sven_Q45
Wait. I asked. Btw thank you for makeing advertising of Adventure-Treff. I´m no admin, but a member of this forum. Edit:They are searching for english speakers. And it should be good! So, they can´t say, when it comes out in english. We must wait, too, if there is a new game in english. So, you can post it on mixnmojo. I can´t. Or you can help to find english speakers.
Sven_Q45
How about a review in the game database. Btw there is a folder with "t-shirt". You can print it and go to your next t-shirt maker. Did I mentioned: David Fox and Al Lowe have both a speakers role in Zak 2!! And they worked on their own text in the game. And there are several guest parts in the game. Gabez
If you wanted to review Zak 2, send it to me and I can put it up somewhere (as one of our features, if it's "good" enough!) I'd be happy to edit your English (not that it's bad: it's rather good, but I can still edit it). Actually, a review that was partly in English and partly in German would be a really cool thing to have. German is HIP.
Sven_Q45
HIP? How do you mean that? Not everybody speaks German. I don´t played it yet, but I´ve no time until next Thursday. I´ll try it.
Gabez
Oh, well, er... don't rush. Maybe you could post your review here instead!

Kroms
Ok. But why HIP? Hip! You know: cool? Awesome? Sort of like Manny Calavera? 'tis all the rage? Harry Potter?
Sven_Q45
I know what it mean. But why? Btw I don´t like Harry Potter.
Kroms
I know what it mean. But why? Btw I don´t like Harry Potter. Haha! German Boy! You think "don't like" means it's good! Hoho! I'm just kidding ya. Well...it's German. Hard to explain. Sort of like how Italian makes you hungry and French makes you wanna grab your girlfriend and land a good ol' smack on the lips? (I'm kidding. I really have no idea.)

aeyol
Are there any German speaking staffers who could drop the team a note [...] Aaaww please, come on! Don´t hesitate to contact german game-developers in English! Many of us are working with English software, are reading English tutorials for developing software and are active in international communities. Besides English is such a beautiful language. [...] but the lack of an English version as of yet procludes the enjoyment for a lot of people here. Ah, yeah... and you can´t imagine how sorry we´re feeling for that! I wished we had been able to translate the game before the release. Thanks for posting the news, I hope we´ll be able to provide you an English version of zak:btas soon!
