Revan may have beaten Malek but he didn't beat the Greek God Apollo.

Besides, Revan beat Malak when Malak had a supply of Jedi to sap the [life]force out of during their fight.

Revan, Kyle and Chuck realized none of them were going to win, they were to evenly matched. So they went down to Telos and drank enough Duros Ale to quench A thousand smugglers, then got drunk, went forward in time and then ended the Second Galactic civil war by killing Jacen Solo by Roundhouse kicking him, Shooting him with a Bynar pistol, and nailing him with Force lightning all at the same time. The time after was known as the Great Rejoicing.

Anyways, you guys are saying that a Revan would be armed with a lightsaber, but Kirk would be fighting unarmed you're kinda trying to stack the deck because you know Revan couldn't beat Kirk. Then you have Captain Picard that has fought and outwitted people that if Revan annoyed them enough, could turn him into a flower pot. Btw, Revan would be out-weaponed from the get go and considering Kirk isn't a slouch when it comes to tactics either Revan would have no advantage in that department either. The phaser beam can stun, heat, kill or disintegrate living creatures. Phasers can damage shields or other systems or even cut through hull. Phasers can also be used to cut through walls and burrow through rock. The beam can be focused to a single spot or widened to impact a large area. --memory-alpha
