Interesting Supernatural Theories

Recommended Posts

The title says it. Which Supernatural theories do you like? Can you recommend books/dvd's about it?

As a 12 year old I am really into the supernatural. - The Ben Jordan games on grundislavgames.com got me hooked on the paranormal. I am not really into the fables myths like minotaur and gorgon, but I am really into things like Vampires, Ghosts and what I am researching at the moment is the Massachussets Salem Witch Trials. If that subject interests you, I highly recommend The Devil in Massachusetts: A Modern Inquiry into the Salem Witch Trials by Marion Lena Starkey.

9. Royal Holloway, London

On the outskirts of London, the university of Royal Holloway houses many mysteries. Rumours of a cursed painting still linger after a student was so disturbed by the black eyes of the pictured bears that he committed suicide in front of it. Every year, when students take their examinations in the hall where it hangs, the painting is covered by a Union Jack. The university is also said to be haunted by its founder—Thomas Holloway—who appears in the building every night in the form of a black cat.

Inb4 (a) certain person(s) hijack(s) this thread to use as a podium for their relentless agenda to prove that anyone who believes in the supernatural is a delusional idiot in an effort to mask their own delusions. :p

Because you are young and most likely still confounded by the derailment of this thread;

This forum is largely dominated by atheist/agnostic liberals and some Christians and neither party is generally interested in the supernatural, in ghosts or related phenomena, because they don't exist.

Though in your defence, I was way into the supernatural when I was 12. I also pretended to be Goth or Semi-Goth or something.

"Certainly not I?", said the bumblebee.

Unless you're obsessed with giving anyone who disagrees with you an inferiority complex just to cover up your own, then no. :D

Oh, and it's gayislamocommunists. The word "fascist" is reserved for Republicans. Everybody knows that.

{Snip} Lets not respond to it. Thanks. ;) -RH
