:eyeraise: r u kiddin me? :p

one become a mod by choice of the mods and admins. u just dont do anything. its the dont call us, we call u rule.

in time ppl who prove themselves a good addition to the forum will be contacted and awarded a job.

the only thing u can do is stay active, help ppl out, dont spam AND off course HOPE that 1 day ...:D.

btw, evry1 wants to stop trolls, not just u;)

something u can do when u see a troll postin crap is pushin the report this post to a mod button.

Yah man. I am kind of also wanting a job now. I reported a spammer last night to Gonkh8ter and it was dealt with in a matter of 5 minutes. I fealt like "Yah this feels good". :D lol

It is just something that we can not have a say in. The Mod's and the Admin's know who is worthy of it and when they see that some place needs more Modding and then there lik"So and so is a good person and they deserve a position"

Just one of the thing's in life that you hope for but you never know if you'll get or not.

Theyre right. Be an active member of the community. Show maturity. Be friendly yada yada yada. You might get nominated for modship at the next election if you fulfil all of these.

Oh, and guys, when you report a post, say if its a troll or a spammer or something that needs fast attention, dont just report the post, but also go into the swamp or wherever, look at the top for the names of those browsing, look for the names of moderators, and PM them about it.

Those lucasforums mailer reported post emails are as slow as a wet week :) sometimes we dont get them for a little while.

yeah, until they spend a year or 2 doing it

I would like to report this really serious event of double posting to the mods and admins, it is obvious that this "GonkH8er" - if that's even his real name, might as well be Jedi2k2 again - is double posting just to make his post count higher. Ban! Ban! Ban! Ban!

What? SuperMod? Him?? Oh crap...

A moderator performs mod duties in one or more selective forums. Such as Editing posts, closing threads, etc.

A super moderator does the same as a moderator, except he or she can do so at any forum on LucasForums. Super Moderators also have the power to ban users.

Administrators do the moderator and super moderator functions, as well as administrative duties, such as: Changing user names, IP banning, user options, etc.

Cool, if I do all of these good things, help ppl out, be mature, and stuff, I might be able to become a mod! [in a couple of months! :D]

And one more thing that could get you to be an admin/mod easier!

A high post count! [Not spam tho! :)]
