I'm not sure what my padawan's status is.......he got his name changed and I can't keep track. Oh well, I just thought I'd check out the new home and congratulate Darklighter and Reb on becoming moderators! Way to go guys!

Well, I know that we can notify them by messenger (MSN, AIM or YIM...or any other you might have) so spread the word so we can get the people to come.

Darklighter Posted December 11, 2002 Posted December 11, 2002 Members of the LFJA are responsible for keeping a certain degree of peace and tranquility within LF. We support kindness and respect towards others. And like any good Academy, we train forum youngsters to be Academy graduates, as they learn how to use the forum properly and become respected members of LF. That is only one side of it. The games/online side is very different. LFJA is in the process of getting it's own permanent server, which should be up in the new year. With these new forums (thanks to the mods and admins) we will be able to make the LFJA into a fully fledged JK2 clan. If you would like to take on a padawan and do not know how to go about it, myself or one of the other mods here will put up instructions and the rules and regulations of the Academy:)

I will need one picture from everyone that they would like to be included in the banner. It can any picture you want but preferably JK2 or Star Wars related. Don't send me the pictures yet though, I don't want them until after christmas.
Darklighter Posted December 12, 2002 Posted December 12, 2002 Okay, that's great leXX. For the skins and maps that are needed, I will ask Tyrion and Reb to give a list of the ones you will need. They are the two who always try out new stuff. The rules and instructions will include all of the relevant info about becoming a padawan, qualifications to be a teacher and so on. We will also make up a list of what laws the Academy inforces. As suggested in Groovy's thread, we should include a job list of all the duties each member is assigned to in the clan (i.e. skinner, mapper, moderator, server hoster etc.). The Members section...is done:thumbsup:lol URL's shall include a link to this forum (obviously). We are deliberating whether to keep LFJA sections elsewhere outide of LF. This matter will be sorted soon. And don't worry leXX, we are not in a rush. Just take as much time as you need to get started, and we'll be helping all the way. Thanks for lending a hand:)

Official word from Obi on that is that it is at the discretion of the admin on each forum should they decide to keep an LFJA section open or not. As of now this forum is the Official and Final Forum for the LFJA. All apologies to all the members in the past that have had to sign up for so many different forums. We understand your pain and we assure you that it ends today.

Hekx Posted December 13, 2002 Posted December 13, 2002 Hello If anyone needs any help organizing any stuff for the LFJA I'd be glad to help I know a bit about server configs and the commands and stuff, which could be useful. I can help with most JK2 problems and know some stuff about modifications, maps, putting skins together etc. I'm not really a great in the graphics department, but I'd be glad to help out with whatever I can.
