ZePhyR
Do you guys regularly workout? Do you run, lift weights, or just do pushups and situps around the house? Right now, im making myself do some stuff at home since the gym closes early on the weekends. I'm gonna go lift and probably run tomorrow morning though. ET Warrior
Nope, working out is overrated....... I tried to start a workout regimen one time.....but after about 2 weeks i just kept forgetting to do it......i'm not motivated enough i suppose. Eldritch
I've been following the same workout regime for years. Monday/Wednesday/Friday : Alternating upper/lower body weightlifting Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday : Some kind of aerobics (martial arts, running, biking, etc) Sunday is my day off - I can eat whatever I like and don't work out. BCanr2d2
Not quite working out, but I have to do approx 60 minutes of work on my knee, not inlcuding 40 mins on a bike to and from work. Since I had a knee reconstruction 9 weeks ago, I am still in need of plenty of work to build it up back to normal. So mines rehab, not working out.... nova_wolf
Walk everywhere - its great. Half hour from town. Half hour tops from some of my friends. 45 mins from train station when loaded up like a pack mule to go home. Walking round Uni, and all the stairs (plenty of them). Shopping trips by foot, carrying everything back. Walking to and from all pubs and clubs except in worst weather or if everyone is completely shitfacedhattered. Tried proper excercise rotuine, but with Uni an all, have enough stuff that sucks up free time. May play football during Summer, but thats it. Clemme w/Stick
Well, I play Basketball, so I guess I run...! Hmm, as for lifting weights, I dont do that cuz of 2 reasons. 1: I dont have any... 2: I dont wanna pay to lift them in a Gym... Now that you know that, I'll leave this thread...*waves* -Clemme
SmartDragon
used to work out pretty much every day, but since coming to uni I can't afford the money or the time so don't really do anything apart fromm walking every where now. But more of other types of exercise now;)

Rogue Nine
I fence regularly and that's quite enough for me. Between the warm-up calisthenics and footwork, I feel like I'm about to die at the end of each practice.
Pisces
I work out everyday for half the year and the some days other half. Mainly because I have gym class for half the year. Then summer is swimming and winter is skating/hockey.
Pedantic
I...ummm...work out in my bathroom...no joke lol. I have a regimen of workouts that I do in my bathroom...mostly because that's the only place I'll actually remember. I love playing basketball, but there are no hoops near where I live. Luc Solar
I used to work out like crazy. Every day. About 8 years ago I stopped. My studies and girls (*A* girl..at a time, that is ) took most of my time and I only worked out (basketball mostly) a few times/week. Still my fat-percentage was below 5 last time I checked...which was 2 years ago. Now I'm trying to write my thesis and work at the same time. I bought my own house, got married and my wife is 4 months pregnant. (still trying to comprehend that) I don't even remember the last time I ran. Must have been more than 6 months ago, and probably because I was late for work or something. I'm beginning to notice this weird, soft stuff building on my used-to-be-six pack. What the hell is that?! Otherwise I'm fine, I'm not getting fat: My biceps are slimmer, my pectoral muscles don't show up anymore and my thigs are slimmer than ever! That's good right? obi
The only excercise I get is when I can't find the remote. I look all over the house for that mofo.
