DemonKing Posted April 1, 2003 Share Posted April 1, 2003 I have seen a lot of posts about where Jango's head disappeared to after he was sliced by Mace and only his helmet appeared to fall off. Last night I was watching the DVD and paused the sequence. Straight after the shot with Mace lopping away there is a shot of the arena floor - a helmet shaped shadow can be seen and then as the shadow comes closer it splits in two and a HEAD shaped shadow appears from the bottom of the helmet which tumbles away off screen while the helmet lands in centre screen. Answer: If you look closer, you'll see that the head falls out of the helmet before the helmet even hits the ground. An examination of the shadows shows two separate objects fly from Jango's corpse.
