Tall Guy Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 gta vice city for me too, although i ant quite finished it yet.
Remi Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 I'm so behind the pack. I've just started playing GTA3. :~
Gabez Posted June 7, 2003 Posted June 7, 2003 Technically I'm the same as JBRAA, although I haven't really played Enemy Territory much. I want to play Simon The Sorcerer again though!
Oystein Posted June 7, 2003 Posted June 7, 2003 I was replaying both Simon 1 & 2 a couple of months ago. Got stuck early in both though. Currently, I'm not playing anything special. I'm waiting for Runaway to be released.
Lord_FinnSon Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 I just replayed Broken Sword 1 and also going to replay second one as well, but from newest games latest were Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb(Indy fans dream come through, whatever critics and other players say) and Mafia.
Gabez Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 Yeah, I bouught both Broken Sword 1 and 2 but got stuck in 1 and haven't yet got around to 2. I think I might use a walkthrough for just this little bit...
Benny Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 Heh the immortal words. Walkthrough's are more addictive than any drug you care to mention (yes even forum addiction), once you've used one of the buggers you're stuffed for the rest of the game.
Lord_FinnSon Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 Yeah, walkthroughs are addictive, but I have a cure for that: only check solution for that one puzzle from sites like Games Domain. First of all, it's pretty easy to navigate AND opens up a smaller window showing that walkthrough, so you don't have to download it; having a copy in your HD or printed version in your hand makes you really use it all the way up to the end.
Gabez Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 I don't entirely agree with that. I think as long as you use walkthroughs... in moderation, they can be fine. But yeah, if you use one too much it can really ruin everything.
scabb Posted June 9, 2003 Author Posted June 9, 2003 The Universal Hint System also rawks. I recently played through Broken Sword 2 again and managed to ignore several locations on Zombie Island (not for the first time either). "UHS saved the day!" I just finished a quick session on Pikmin, and I am beginning to grow more addicted to these funky little strategy games. I could never get into the Command/Conquer aspect of RTS though. Anyway, try Insaniquariam for size. Best.
Ray Jones Posted June 13, 2003 Posted June 13, 2003 last year: Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 on psx .. + perfect balance cheat = try grind for an hour or two on any edge visible and reachable.. man .. points until the counter stopps. RULZ askikin .. and of course .. whenever i get this melodythingsy in my head .. Monkey Island .. and stuff (actually i never STOPPED playing it .. )
Skinkie Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 I've been playing Emperor's Tomb (Hooray for Indy!) and Jedi Knight, The first one mostly, but sometimes Outcast.
Aranolorion Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 Thief: Gold, on expert difficulty, takes me around 3 hours do to a mission. Now THAT'S value for money.
