Donnie Darko Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 To briefly reminisce, Caveman went to EB once and he got into a conversation with a clerk and the clerk was like "So, are you in beta" Caveman [probably] answered "No" and the clerk was like "Well, you are now" and handed him a beta CD.....that is what I have come to understand at least. And so today when I went to EB to change my pre-order to the Collecter's Edition the clerk looked at me and was like "So, are you in beta?" And for some reason...must have been God getting even with me or something...I said "No, but my friend just got in and he is going to give me his buddy key." And the clerk shrugged and said "Oh, that's cool" and I swear that just as he was saying that he was putting a CD back under his desk...he handed me my receipt...I just walked out.....didn't even say thank you....when I got to my car I smashed my face into my dashboard

True Neutral Posted June 3, 2003 Posted June 3, 2003 i should probably go pre-order my ce swg. I won't be able to play it until i think somewhere near the end of november because i'm still in school. But i won't be able to be in beta anyway, because i'm only 16.

I thought you can be any age if your invited, someone clear this up.
Xx_Patman_xX Posted June 4, 2003 Posted June 4, 2003 I think at different stages different age groups are allowed into beta. I know for the last beta selection (the beta 100) only people 21 and up were allowed in.
