Psyk0Sith Posted July 23, 2003 Author Posted July 23, 2003 Looks like i forgot to add the caps.jpg file so the caps are not visible in version 1.0, i re submitted the file so everything should be fine in version 1.1 (keeping fingers crossed) Thanx to Crowy for pointing out the invisible caps. Well mistakes happen, sorry.

Nice model Psyk0Sith! I haven't been browsing the modeling forum for awhile and then I took one look at Trebor at I was amazed! You should write a tutorial sometime on how you make these amazing models!

As for a tutorial: there's no real secret, i just apply what i learned in the Joan of arc tutorial...maybe i have too much free time on my hands . And yes JO models will be compatible with JA, no conversion needed i believe.
The Cheat Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 do you know what size coleman trebor is on the scale thing?
The Cheat Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 good job on getting an update out so fast quick question, will model scaling be a feature in jedi academy or will that have to be in a mod?
Mex Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 Jk2files.com is down, can't connect to it. Guess I'll download it another day.
Miko Reglia Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 oh man, i was playin with the model the other day, and just for all you peoples information who don't have it, its utterly perfect! no seems at all, the arms move great, i feel like i was in episode 2!
The Cheat Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 yeah it is perfect, there are many models where the arms get messed up during things like jumping but this one is great
Darth]-[azard Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 Hmmm, Gotta play'em on Sand Arena one of these days.
RaSiN_HeCk Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 Yay! Sand arena! let's all get shot! I was skinningatthe darkside version to make it look more evilier, and a little red onthe tunic does wonders. Doubt I'll release it all though cause I didn't change much

KaiaSowapit Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 do you know what size coleman trebor is on the scale thing? Here's the settings I've added to my tckmodel.cfg: "coleman_trebor" 1.16 1.0 "coleman_trebor_darkside" 1.16 1.0 "coleman_trebor_vm" 1.16 1.0 I used http://starwars.com/databank as a reference (2.13 meters), so it should be accurate. Thanks again Psyk0 and crew for this fantastic model! It helps take the sting out of plummeting to my doom whilst on Nar Shaadda - now I just say to myself, I'm playing in character!
