Are they real light sabers. They look real. Can you chop wood with it and stuff. I want one.
Matt-Liell
No they are not real, you can't chop wood, they are a handle and you screw in a light bulb and press the on switch and you have yourself a frickin nice looking Christmas light! Dilandau-Sama
They aren't real light sabers. They kinda look like them but you cant chop things up.

obi
I'm sure you can chop things like thin paper with them. That ought to be fun.
Eldritch
Yeah. Or you know, uh, not. Even thin paper stands a chance against these red-tipped plastic monstrosities.

I love you! I've done it to my full contact practice katana, which stood the flames. so I think it should work. I did some basic attacks with it and the flame was still there, it took a while to put it out though.
ZBomber
They aren't that great. I'd buy a Real Master Replica, instead of one liek that.
Arreat
Not real of course... Just a couple of expert PhotoShopp'ers ... Although I've seen similar things like that in different comic book stores, yet they're just sabre hilts/ handles. They were also going for the same price those things are being sold for. 0.o

Hellfire Jedi
I would buy one, if they weren't so expensive...
ET Warrior
http://www.futurehorizons.net/saber.htm THAT is what I would buy if I had the money. I own the master replicas Anakin SFX saber, and it's wicked neat, but not as neat as THOSE!
BongoBob
Those look pretty good, but I wouldn't pay 200 for em. SCREW THAT!

Darth Groovy
These have been around for quite sometime. Basically it is a fancey neon bulb. The hilts are a bit cheesy in my opinion. The do have where you can covert the MasterReplica hilts with these flashy bulb things. I will look for the link. Edit_ Here is a more economical one, you can take the cheapest toy hilt and attach a plasma blade. http://home.cogeco.ca/~lightsabers/
