I know that many of you don't like Creed, but I'm still posting this. Creed has broken up. There is a news article at Creed's website. It just came out today.

I was really looking forward to a new album from them later this year...Guess I'll have to wait for their solo projects to come out.

Creed was alright. I liked a couple of their songs. Same with nickelback. I liked 2 of their songs... out of the entire cd...

Now, what we really need to get rid of is...

>_>

<_<

Evanescence.

Blek. Their songs are annoying/overplayed.

BTW: congrats RHETT!!!!!!!!!!

*hands rhett a root beer* on the house ;)

Ah yes, god forbid there ever be bands out there who actually sound like they have passed puberty. No, please, get rid of awsome sounding bands like creed and nickleback, then we can all enjoy the mindless grunting of hip hop and the annoying whining screech of Simple Plan.:p

Well GonkH8er, I'll give you some ammo for that. My buddy saw them in concert in Florida. The lead singer stopped the concert because some kid stole his hat wouldn't give back. So, he then continued to whine like a b***h. Guess a lot of people stopped liking them after that!

I really liked Creeds older stuff. The rumors that were flying around made it sound like that Creed was going to change their sound a little bit. I was wanting to hear their new stuff. I liked Tremonti's playing the most. Hopefully his new cd will be good.

Congrats, Rhett!!!:clap2:

I'll have to agree with that. Creed and Nickelback may not have been the best, but they played some (and I mean some)good tunes. Queen's "Princes of the Universe", "Bohemian Rhapsody", and any other songs that I neglected to mention, were alright, too.

Saddest news I've heard since Phish announced they are breaking up. :dozey:

Actually, I know a couple of people who are probably crying themselves to sleep over the Phish breakup...

Heck,.. there's a couple of folks I know who probably still cry themselves to sleep over the Beatles...

I really hope you're kidding...

It was on Charlie Freakin' Rose for Gosh sakes!

Yeah,.. I have a couple of friends who took it pretty hard.

I never saw the big deal about them, myself.

I liked the Simpsons episode they appeared on, though... (the one where Homer gets the medicinal marijuana.)
