Nalukai Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 i hope eve3ryone had a good time last night... im glad im not working today...
Neverhoodian Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Yeah, I had a good time. I got together with a group of friends for New Year's Eve. We watched King Arthur on DVD and toasted at midnight (sorry folks, it was only cider! ). It was the first time I had seen some of them in over two months. We had a blast.
Boba Rhett Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Even though you watched King Arthur? I didn't do anything really. Just blew a noise maker. Oh, we did Fondu!
Pie™ Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Originally posted by Neverhoodian Yeah, I had a good time. I got together with a group of friends for New Year's Eve. We watched King Arthur on DVD and toasted at midnight we did exactly the same thing
Boba Rhett Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Woah! Coincidence? I think not! Do you by any chance live in a town called Springfield?!?! I bet like only 1 person in 17,000 is going to get that joke.
Neverhoodian Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Originally posted by Boba Rhett Even though you watched King Arthur? Well, it wasn't my idea. It actually wasn't as bad as I remembered, but I've seen better. If I had my way, we would've watched LOTR: Return of the King, but we didn't have enough time for a movie that long. Originally posted by Pie™ we did exactly the same thing Whoa, that's wierd. Did you see a cop give someone a speeding ticket at midnight, perchance? I felt rather honored to witness my town's first ticket of the new year. btw, I must be one of the 17,000, Rhett.
--ZeeMan-- Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 i'm feeling it tonite but based upon alcohol consumption..but more to the fact i did an 11 hour shift on 3 hours of sleep.
TheOutrider Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 I stayed up til 2:00 AM drinking Sparkling Cider and pretending it was shampagne:p
Rogue15 Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 i played Halo 2 for a few hours...beat it on easy. Now playing on legendary it feels rather realistic.
IG-64 Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 My sleep got sooooo messed up. I got up at 4:30 AM on new years eve, then I got really tired around 7:00 PM, but my whole family was going to Chili's, and I wanted to stay up till midnight, so I went with them and it woke me back up. Now, I am a person that does not sleep much and cannot sleep at all when I want to, so when I went to Chilis, I got my second wind. I ended up staying up till 11:00 AM on new years day. And I just woke up at 11:00 PM on new years day, twice as long as I usually sleep, because I was up so long. But anyways, we went to Chilis and I had the baby back ribs, then we went home and watched fox news til midnight, they did a CT midnight thing. My parents toasted with $3 wine at midnight which turned out to be disgusting Then I watched the Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi till 11:00 AM when I went to bed.
Boba Rhett Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 I love Chilis and show marathons. Can I hang with you? P.S. You should have gotten the Chicken Strips.

Chiken krispers? No. Not for me. I had chicken krispers just about every time I went to Chilis till I was 15. I don't think I'll ever get them again
Tyrion Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Originally posted by Boba Rhett I bet like only 1 person in 17,000 is going to get that joke. I got it. And for the record, Chicken Strips rule.
Darth Groovy Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 New Year's Eve: Worked until 10:30pm, went home, ate food, watched Law & Order SVU marathon until I passed out. New Year's Day: Had to be at work at 7:30am, stayed until 4:50pm. Went home, ate some food, watched Monk marathone until I passed out. Right now I am so tired, even though I am glad they are over. They all absolutely sucked this year.
Pad Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Originally posted by Chase Windu King Arthur? *shudders violently* That movie was horrible. Now because of Closer I now don't like Jude Law and now Natalie Portman is, sadly, a lot less hot. *sheds tear* Thank you for ruining it for people who havent seen it yet Meh, I probably won´t go see it As dor what I did. We had a big gourmet dinner with friends. Drank our champagne and launched our firework at midnight. Afterwards we went to a party nearby to get some more "alcohol" Our surprise was kinda big when we watched the time when we were leaving the party (it was about 8am).
