JediKnight707
Though the new King Kong is just plain brilliant as well. It was alright, but movies nowadays are just too much CGI.
Aayla Secura
Besides Star Wars, It would have to be either Black Hawk Down or Saving Private Ryan. Maybe even LOTR just for kicks.

Astrotoy7
lolz... I think 95% percent of y'all should spend more time in the foreign/arthouse movies section of your local video store... It's saddening to think your experiences of cinema may only be limited to hollywood fare. Go check out some Akira Kurosawa, Masaki Kobayashi, Zhang Yimou, Peter Greenaway, Fellini, Luc Besson or even Guy Ritchie films... you wont be disappointed mtfbwya
Aurora Merlow
I'm sorry, but Flash Gordon?! As in the 1980 campness special? Correct, the one and only! come on how can you go past those ridiculously corny 80's calls, its just priceless. Topol as Dr. Hans Zarkov, Timothy Dolton as the Barin and lets not forget Vultan. Its even got a good theme song
Darth InSidious
Priceless? Certainly. They don't do 26th-of-a-penny coins, y'know! I have to agree with Astrotoy, only cut arthouse, and replace with "classics"

"Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain" is a great one in the french category. Oh and how could I forget the japanese movie "Battle Royal", that's just too hilarious... edlib
Are we talking about "The BEST movie ever made" or "Your FAVORITE movie ever made"? If it's the best movie, then my answer would be the first 2 parts of the Godfather Trilogy. Favorite movie? Umm... tough one. Maybe "The Big Lebowski." El Sitherino
Are we talking about "The BEST movie ever made" or "Your FAVORITE movie ever made"? I wondered the same thing. I fear for humanity when horrid films like "The Matrix" even get mentioned in a thread about "best movies". Favorite movie? Umm... tough one. Maybe "The Big Lebowski." ****in' a. edlib
Thought you'd like that. "Best Movie" is also a tough one to nail down... there are so many great choices. At best all you can really do is make a list of the "Most Important/ Most Influential Movies of All Time" that will be several hundred entries long, and endlessly debated. Snafu7
My all time favorite is definately Super Troopers, but some of my other favorites are Black Sheep, Blues Brothers, LotR(all), SW(all), We Were Soldiers, Enemy at the Gates, Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers Series, King Kong, Batman Begins, and many more that I'm either too lazy to list, or I just can't think of them right now.
