Rep won't let customer quit AOL

That has gotta be one of the most rediculous phone conversations I have ever heard.

 

And another ISP blunder...

 

Comcast technician falls asleep on customer's couch

 

Both of those guys got fired. I definitely think the first guy should, but the second guy was put on hold for a very long time, I think I would fall asleep if I was on hold for that long too...

I'm just curious, does Vincent Ferrari always record his conversations with customer service? It just seems odd to me, unless he had the same problem with a previous call and wanted proof this time.

 

AOL is crazy. We should bombard the owners with the free mini-frisbees they keep sending. :)

I forgot her name. All I remember is that the headset kept getting in the way.

thats an impressive position you got yourself into then...

i still dont understand how they sell aol in Britain...
