StaffSaberist Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 This is easier to see in-game, but still, I think you can see it OK. I had no idea Malak was a fan.
HerbieZ Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Good find. No wonder he bombarded the planet, he bet half a million on Deadeye Duncan!
Canderous_ordo1 Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 so he was there all along spying . take it from me he must have been desprate to bet on dead eye he never wins
Diego Varen Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 It does look like Malak. Perhaps all of the KOTOR crew are in the audience. Kreia, Sion, even Trask. But seriously, I'll have to look in-game, since the crowd are a horrible 2D.
RedHawke Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 It does look like Malak. Perhaps all of the KOTOR crew are in the audience. Kreia, Sion, even Trask. Uh? Kreia and Sion are in K2!
HerbieZ Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Thats what they want you to think. Although i swear i see a robed jedi.
Vegard Aune Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Cool. Like Pottsie said, maybe there are more cameos there too.
lord ignarn Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Actually it looks like Malak... Maybe it´s part of cut content, or rests from game´s earlier design.
Vaelastraz Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 That's an ugly 2D bitmap. You may see Malak, I only see some ugly pixels there. But if it was Malak, he sure did try to learn Revan's fighting style, because he knew, eventually he would have to face him.
Diego Varen Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Uh? Kreia and Sion are in K2! I know, but you never know.
TSR Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 This sighting doesnt suprise me. Theres probably alot more cameos from them, obv still undiscovered.
Emperor Devon Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 It's probably not Malak. I took a look in Kotor Tool for the textures used in that crowd, and I found one for some Vulkars with orange-red armor. They have a sort of chestplate like Malak does, and from a distance it's hard to tell.
Totenkopf Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 I was just playing thru this section yesterday and have to agree the crowd is too pixelated to make out any specific characters. O'course I only have 20-20 vision...
Cygnus Q'ol Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 I was just playing thru this section yesterday and have to agree the crowd is too pixelated to make out any specific characters. O'course I only have 20-20 vision... That's OK. Next time just switch on your Verpine occular enhancers.
Obi-Wan Baloney Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Dude, I can't tell anything from this really bad picture, I can't even make out who the duelist really is.
StaffSaberist Posted November 20, 2006 Author Posted November 20, 2006 Dude, I can't get anything from that really bad post, I can't even make out what your IQ is. Just kidding. But consider two things: 1) Everyone else so far (with the exception of Totenkopf ) has been able to "make out" someone in the crowd who is bald, has a Malak-like chest plate, and what-not. 2) I really just meant to point out where it was, so if you were in-game you'd be able to see it for yourself. (And in-game he really does look like Malak.) Please, think before you post.
Obi-Wan Baloney Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 I can sort of see it, but for all I can tell it's some alien guy. Wait ( Just looked back at picture) it's one of those hooded, red uniform, kind of pale whitish green faced Black Vulkers. The same type that talks with Canderous in the Lower City. Not a Rodian, if you look on the other side there is anoter one of those guys sitting down.
Anakin Skywalker Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Dude, I can't tell anything from this really bad picture, I can't even make out who the duelist really is. The duelist is Ice! It's pretty clear, I don't know why ya'll are sayin it's not. And I see a couple of Jedi in the audience to like Master Kavar and Zez-Kai Ell. So Pottsie could be right about them havin all the characters in there.... I also saw a silhouette of Revan in there too!

Rabish Bini Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Maybe Bastila's in there checking out Revan.
Anakin Skywalker Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Don't be rediculous......... Bastila wouldn't check out a Dark Lord, unless he turned back to the light.
JediMaster12 Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I actually saw the inside of the arena and I could swear that I saw several character forms that were unmistakably Carth's profile. I have the training mod and I was able to get a good view. I didn't see Malak but I did see some that looked like those Vulkars that ED mentioned. I had to do double takes. There were also a heck of a lot of Rodian profiles in there too.

Actually, what I was saying was that you couldn't make out specific charachters, NOT that you couldn't treat the crowd like some kind of rohrshock (sp?) test. I cited pixalation as the reason b/c you can't make out the faces in the crowd. I did notice similarities in the clothing types being used.
