Mike Windu Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 So there's no thread for this yet? Tsk tsk! Colts currently down by 7 in the first 14 seconds of the game. LMAO. I still hope the Colts win though; but Hester just shook them up pretty bad. Who're you all cheering for? (if you're outta the U.S... well... either you're watching it, or too bad. )
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 I want Payton Manning to be mortally wounded or paralyzed or something... I just want bad things to happen to him.
BongoBob Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 When he ran the opening kick back for a TD I lol'd. Also lol at all the fumbles
jebbers Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 meh with the foosball. gimme hockey! but since it is the bears first super bowl appearance in almost 30 years id say go ooh-jeh-rehs! and thats bear in tuscarora if you didnt know!
milo Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 GO BEARS!!! Good game, Bears were down 14 - 16 last I checked but they'll come back.
IG-64 Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I don't know whether to route for the underdog (the bears) or the probable winner (the colts). I actually don't think I care enough about either of them. I think I'll route for the bears, because that would make the game more exciting. Oh, and "the best of you" was haxxored by
Mike Windu Posted February 5, 2007 Author Posted February 5, 2007 That was an amazing cover. I heart Prince. His funkiness is just amazing. Anyway, bears are getting out of rhythm... I think Colts can hang onto this.
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Last two commercials were ****ing awesome. "But he has an axe!"
Tinny Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLTTTTTTTSSSS!!!! Will keep the local systems in line. -Tarkin
MrWally Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Colts win. Well, they will. My father just told me to finish studying and not bother watching EDIT: Yep, they did.
Commander Obi-Wan Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Hey, reverse psychology worked. I said the Bears would win, but I wanted the Colts to win it and they did. I thought I was a reasonable played game. I've seen better. But, the weather may have been a factor. As a result, there were a few turnovers caused by it. Grossman didn't have quite a great game either. And essentially the running game was the main factor why the Colts won. Kudos to Manning and Dungy who finally got the big win in the Super Bowl. And to all the other Colts players. Special kudos to Jason David (#42 of the Colts) who is an Edmonton-born player. [/copy-paste from Ahto]
Nalukai Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Princes performance was better than Mannings.... he definitely did not deserve the MVP.
coupes. Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 I really couldn't care less about the superbowl. I didn't know one player besides Payton Manning. I went to my brother's, mainly for the afternoon hockey game, but we still watched the superbowl with a couple of friends, it was mainly a reason the get together and drink beer... I thought the game was pretty boring, especially for a superbowl game, as there weren't many great plays and the tempo of the game was pretty slow.
jebbers Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 i watched an hour and a half and saw no funny commercial...so i played GRAW online.
MTV2 Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 The Bears just sucked ass. Soo many turnovers and Fumbles and stupid plays. Halftime was alright, Prince was awesome.
