Indeed seems to vary quite a lot depending on what words you get. Tried it again, this time I got 106920 known words, 34090 familiar words and 13946 not known but understandable words. Seems even more unlikely than the first result, so the test probably doesn't say that much about anything.

 

Some of the "words" are pretty odd for a test. Two I got this time:

Yep, most of the medical terms were from Greek or Latin. They used the Latin/scientific names for Robins and Delphiniums, too. I was very amused that pediculosis pubis made the list.

Stoffe did better than me and my native language is English. Guess I should have taken other science classes in college besides Chemistry. I like numbers and math more than the written language. Chemistry made more sense to me as I was an Accountant/Finance major.
