DarthStoney
Due to some recent events I am announcing the fact that the M4-78 mod and myself are no longer part of K2RP/Team_exile. I am going to attempt to continue with M4-78 as a mod by itself. This of course will slow up progress but I should be able to release an updated Beta soon. Taak Farst
Sunds brill. Are you the original person who made M4-78? Love he idea of updating anyway.
DarthStoney
Yes I started working on it over a year ago, I new I couldn't finish it on my own so I had joined with K2RP to get it finished and make it something worth playing. At this point the basic storyline of the planet is about 85% finished.

Malpense
As we've discussed, I'll be more than happy to work as a Beta test for you Dstoney, plus write any dialogue you might want for new side-quests and the like.

Marius Fett
Yeah I agree with Shem, smart move. Hope it all goes ok. Can't wait to play!
Silveredge9
I'm just wondering, why are you in such a rush to receive a beta? What information do you hope to gather from the beta, and how do you plan to use that information in the development of the mod itself? *breaths out*
DarthStoney
There are two reasons the main one being if people can see it and play it then there will be no doubt that it is all original work. Also for Ideas and compatibility issues with other mods.
Darth Balor
Well, basicly he want the public to be able to enjoy the restored content. And any suggestions the public could give, or their opinions on what he has done he would welcome.
Sith Holocron
Well, basicly he want the public to be able to enjoy the restored content. And any suggestions the public could give, or their opinions on what he has done he would welcome. I'll be e-mailing (or PMing) my suggestions to the project leader - DSTONEY642000. It looks like I'm still employed as a voice-over character in DSTONEY642000's M4-78 project!
Lordjedi
I'm glad that you are going to do this mod
swfan28
If you feel I would be useful I would be glad to help you with the mod, DStoney. The M4-78 is bit unfamiliar to me so far though as I worked previously mostly with scripting and dialogs of the Korriban, Nar Shaddaa, Onderon, Dantooine and Ebon Hawk scenes. SD Nihil
If DSToney is going to continue to restore the M4-78 planet, who will continue restoration on the content such as the Darth Atris restoration, more than 20 VO lines, and other content Team Exile did restore before this all happened? What is to become of all the content unrelated to M4-78? Who is going to be working on the restorations besies M4-78? And whoever will continue on the restoration material started by Team exile, will the mod continue to be compatible with Team Gizka's upcoming mod? Finally, when will we expect to see new sites for these slavaged projects. I do have the latest K2RP mod with M4-78 elements in it if you need it. Probably you won't. If you don't want to use any of the material, at least it will show you how and what to restore and how maybe. Just offering. When I responded to the bug report thread Exile had. Exile did post a few beta fixes attempting to fix the issues involving the gbl file and installer issues. There were 9 warnings in the installer, T3 didn't get credit for creating a repair kit in prolog, and atmospheric sensors quest wouldn't update once you got the sensors. Other than that what I have works fine. Regardless how I feel about this whole situation I do not want the hard work others were doing to be lost. I'm happy that M4-78 will continue to be restored. I just hope the rest that Exile was working on also will be restored by another.
DarthStoney
The only question I can answer is the M4-78mod will be compatible team gizka's mod. As far as the other content that belongs to someone else I never worked on the other parts.
