Jae Onasi
A few of us were chatting about odd-looking buildings, and decided it would be fun to share them with you here. Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University is a great example of oddball deconstructionist architecture style. It actually has a few stairs and hallways that lead to dead ends. Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church is one of my favorite odd-looking churches. When Jimbo saw it for the first time he asked "What's that church?" I said in a completely deadpan voice, "Our Lady of the Galaxies".
Pavlos
The Central Hall at the University of York in the UK is fantastic. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it.

Jeff
World's narrowest office building: Its in Chinatown in Vancouver, BC. Less than 6' wide. A guy I know online took these pictures.
Darth333
If I keep it to nearby buildings, I'd go with Habitat '67 located in the Montreal Harbor. It's a complex of housing made out of 354 same size blocks. Each condo is made out of 1-8 blocks and has at least 1 private garden. It was initially built as part of Expo 67 and the original idea was to create affordable housing...but some units now sell for millions of dollars. Edit: however the "Reverse Destiny Lofts" in Japan is probably the weirdest building I've seen:http://www.reversibledestiny.org/mitaka.php (click on the arrows to see the whole project finished...) And I thought that the interior of the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge (U.K.) already looked like lego...

JCarter426
Two different MIT buildings: http://www.rene-schwietzke.de/imagelib/new/slides/mit-building.html http://www.businessweek.com/innovate/content/jun2007/id20070619_279669.htm?chan=innovation_architecture_architecture Picture doesn't do the first one justice. It looks like a huge silver box with lots of tiny multicolor windows. You can kind of see it in one of the pictures in the second link, in the background. mimartin
I can’t decide if Darth333 or ademqd win so far. The Frank Gehry’s Dancing Building looks like blown glass gone wrong, but Habitat ’67 looks like a five year old built it out of Legos. I’m going to go more traditional, but still the strangest look building I’ve ever personally seen. The Sydney Opera House, the photo is taken from the Bay Bridge and anyone who has been to Sydney has the exact same photo. I didn’t take this one, but I have one just like it down to the ferry passing by. Good job everyone, I guess I really like architecture as an art form. Serpentine Cougar
Awesome finds! Here's some upside-down buildings, brought to you courtesy of eBaum's World. I can’t decide if Darth333 or ademqd win so far. Seconded.
MdKnightR
I've always been partial to Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture. The Guggenheim Museum in NYC. I've been there and the place is fascinating inside and out. Falling Water
