JCarter426
Looking good. Would you be inclined to make a TSF version as well (blue, gold, and silver instead of red, black, and gold)?
Mandalore The Shadow
This looks great keep up the good work and i second the TSF idea
Astor
Looking good. Would you be inclined to make a TSF version as well (blue, gold, and silver instead of red, black, and gold)? Don't worry, It was one of the first things that popped into my mind after I looked at it - so yes, I don't see why not. It's basically just a reskin of a reskin after all. EDIT: I was also thinking of doing a generic 'Jedi Armour', with differing shades of brown instead of the bright colours in the other ones. What do you all think? JCarter426
Ah, nice. Brown sounds interesting too.

Robespierre
Very nice. I like it a lot. But a quick question: Where were you intending to put these in-game? I thought that the Exile's quarters on the Harbinger would be an adequate place, but that's just me.
JediMaster76
I agree with Robespierre. That would be a very good place to put it. If not there, then maybe at the Dantooine Enclave? Either way, this mod reskin looks AWESOME. I'm impressed. You certainly do know your way around photoshop Keep up the good work.
logan23
WOW!! When I look at it, I can picture The Exile marching to battle the Mandalorins! Great Job! Astor
Another WIP shot... This time of the 'Jedi Investigator's' Robe: As you can see, a long way to go, but at least all the ground work has been done thanks to the first one. And here's some possible item descriptions i've been mulling over: Jedi General's Robe This combination of armour and robes were worn by many Jedi Commanders during both the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War. It combines both the uniform of the Republic and traditional Jedi garments to denote their service to both. Jedi Investigator's Robe This uniform once belonged to a Jedi Knight on special assignment to the TSF. It is certain to have struck fear into the hearts of criminals on Citadel Station. Istorian
Very very very nice work, Astor. You've done great things. Can't wait for the mod!
EnderWiggin
Very good. I'm more of a fan of the general's robe, but variety is a good thing in any mod. _EW_
Darth Payne
This has to be one of the best robe re-skins for TSL that i've seen, if not THE best one. I'm thinking this mod will be a permanent resident in my override.
Astor
Okay, almost finished the TSF variant armour - just the pants and then it'll be about finished. Here's the progress so far: I think that this robe will simply be available from the TSF lockers, so you can get them pretty early - along with the rest of your equipment after your release from custody. Does that sound right?
Darth Payne
Or you could make them the reward for one or more of the tasks you do for Grenn. Looking Very Very Good btw.
EnderWiggin
They're both looking great. As to where you get them - that's a good idea. Aren't the tasks you do for Grenn LS only (for him to give you rewards I mean)? If so, you might want to keep it alignment neutral by putting them in the lockers. _EW_
Astor
That's kind of what I was thinking. The actuals skins are now complete, here's a comparison. As you can see, i've also changed the collars from the default brown to colours more suited to each one. Guess which is which : All I need to do now is have them created as new items, and work out how to place them where I want them. This'll be the hardest part, I think - luckily there's some good tutorials on .UTIs and such to help me out.
EnderWiggin
Sexeh! If you have any problems, we're always here _EW_
JCarter426
Hmm...I'd make the collar on the Republic armor a bit redder, but other than that they look great. Very nice!
Astor
Okay, I've been looking at the tutorials and everything, and I have the GFF editor etc, but I have absolutely no idea what to do to add these as separate items. Can anyone explain in clear detail what I need to do?
JCarter426
Just find a robe item in KT (BIFs--> Templates--> Blueprint, Item-->a_robe_02, for example) and double-click. Then edit its properties and description to your liking, and be sure to change its tag and ResRef (give it a unique name), just to be safe. Also change the texture variation to any number you want that isn't used--87, for example. Then save it under a unique name and put it in the Override folder. Then go back and rename your textures so they have the same number suffix as the texture variation number you used. Repeat for another item using a different texture variation number, tag, ResRef, and item name.

Astor
Thanks, JC. I didn't realise it was that easy! EDIT: What, if any bonuses should I give each of them? The General's robe has a defense bonus of 4, and regen fp of 1. I think it could maybe do with something else, but i'm not sure. And i've no idea about bonuses for the TSF version. Astor
JCarter426
Ah, no problem. Bonuses? Maybe some VP regen to go along with the FP, and a Wisdom boost. Energy resistance would be useful too. As for the TSF...well, if it was worn by a Jedi Investigator, so how about an Intelligence boost?
Darth Payne
I always like strength boosts.
Astor
Okay, so let's say +2 wisdom, vp regen 2, energy resistance 15? and for the TSF, defense of 4, fp regen 1 and an Int bonus of +2, energy resistance of 10? (my theory here is that TSF armor isn't built to the same resistant standards a proper military gear)
