Ztalker
I was introduced to this excellent actor by Road to Perdition. The rain shoot-out still gives me goosebumps. The way he looks when he realises the inevitable is to happen... Rest in peace.

RIP, sir. May your spaghetti sauce live on forever in my stomach. Hehe.. yes, on the lighter side of the bad news, I do enjoy his line of food products (Newman's Own). Good company too.. donates all profits/royalties to charity. Good food, good cause(s). R.I.P. Mr. Newman

Cygnus Q'ol
He won an Oscar for his Eddie Felson character in Color of Money, but his best role (IMO) was his portrayal of the same character in the original, The Hustler. He and Jackie Gleason burned the screen. Incredible film. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid runs a close second. A sad farewell to a genre icon. Rest peacefully. ...and not a bad salad dressing either.
mimartin
Guess I'll be watching Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid today If I had it I'd watch Butch Cassidy or Cool Hand Luke, but since I only have Nobody's Fool I guess I'll watch it. I own it, so I guess it is my favorite Newman movie. RIP ...and not a bad salad dressing either. QFT
