purifier
That's Baba O'Reily(sp?) not Teenage Wasteland Damnit! Another wrong title. Well that's what I get for downloading songs under the lyrics instead of the actual title. Apparently I forgot to change the titles on my Win Media Player when I did download them. I guess the words stuck in my mind more then anything, instead of the songs title. Thanks for the corrections: Gob ForeverNight

Commander Obi-Wan
I can't listen them in any specific order, but my top 10 would have these songs: You Know My Name - Chris Cornell Everywhere I Go - Hollywood Undead Beast and the Harlot - Avenged Sevenfold Down With The Sickness - Disturbed Contractor - Lamb of God Thunderstruck - AC/DC Santeria - Sublime Keine Lust - Rammstein Straight Out Of Line - Godsmack The Bleeding - Five Finger Death Punch
SpartanPride
I doubt anyone would know most of these. Mostly underground emo, punk, alternative and hardcore. I had a really hard time making this list, and even then, it's probably not 100% accurate. 1) Brand New - Untitled 02 *That CD never was released 2) Brand New - Flying at Tree Level 3) Billy Talent - Try Honesty 4) Weezer - The Good Life 5) Escape the Fate - Situations 6) Nirvana - Rape Me 7) Death Cab For Cutie - Crooked Teeth 8) Hawthorne Heights - Ohio is For Lovers 9) Metric - Combat Baby 10) Saves the Day - Rocks Tonic Juice Magic

mimartin
I just find it funny because of what the song is about.[/Quote] What? It has a nice melody and I like the beat. Same goes for “Hey, Hey What Can I Do.” *prepares for harsh response*You have Boston front and center. Makes you alright in my book.
Kuuki
it's really hard for me to rank individual songs. and its hard to really say what is better, especially when one's taste changes every one in a while. So i'm just going to put down my ten favorites, not numbered, just ones I that I think are really good and quite infamous The Who - Behind Blue Eyes George Thorogood & The Destoryers (John Lee Hooker cover) - One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer Micheal Jackson - Thriller Nobou Uematsu - One Winged Angel (who doesnt know this one :3) Garth Brooks - Low Aces Metallica - Whiskey In The Jar Nine Inch Nails - The Day the World Went Away Pink Floyd - The Happiest Days of Our Lives => Another Brick in The Wall (Part 2) Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody Rush - 2112 ok, I'm happy with this :3 I like waaaaay more, but still ten is ten.... SpartanPride
Underground? I can tell you right now none of those are really "underground". Especially not Billy Talent, Weezer, Escape the Fate, Nirvana, Death Cab and Hawthorne Heights. Acutally, Billy Talent, Escape the Fate, and Hawthorne Heights are definitely underground - they do, from time to time, experience mainstream success. Weezer, Nirvana, and Death Cab -- not so much. ... anyway, I tried to make my list interesting by putting at least somewhat known bands... nobody would care about 10 songs from my brigade of local indie artists... Rabish Bini
Acutally, Billy Talent, Escape the Fate, and Hawthorne Heights are definitely underground - they do, from time to time, experience mainstream success. I don't want to start up a flame war or anything, but none of those are really underground, except maybe Hawthorne Heights. The fact hat they've had mainstream success is exactly what makes them not underground. That and that they've also won awards and the like (which are undeserved IMO) and have charted on top *insert number* lists for their albums and singles, Underground bands are bands such as Ne Obliviscaris, Agalloch and Ikuinen Kaamos which have never experienced any success, yet still have a large, non-local following. El Sitherino
1. All Along the Watchtower - Bob Dylan (Jimi as well <3) 2. Ziggy Stardust - David Bowie 3. Blackbird - The Beatles 4. A Night in Tunisia - Charlie Parker (I have a copy of this amazing track with Gillespie and it's amazing. 5. Pale Blue Eyes - Velvet Underground 6. Legalize It - Peter Tosh 7. Time - Pink Floyd 8. Sucker M.C.'s - Run DMC 9. Anything Goes - written by Cole Porter my favorite to hear is sung by Ella Fitzgerald. Though I also enjoy it because it makes me think "Temple of Doom!". 10. Come Back - The Misfits To be completely honest, listing only 10 doesn't even begin to summarize the number of amazing songs that have inspired millions over the last even 200 years. What of my music collection I've placed on my computer only comes to roughly 12,000 tracks.
SpartanPride
Nirvana, underground? LOL, you're hilarious. Well... not everything on the list. I realize Nirvana's pretty huge...
El Sitherino
Actually I'm pretty sure nothing on that list in underground. They're all mainstream and I'm a pretty out of touch guy.
Darth Avlectus
While internet pwn4g3 star Tay Zonday was plenty of win with "Chocolate Rain", sometimes it gets even more win when someone synthesizes a midi using 8 bit NES instruments after your own win song...Behold the 8 bit remix of chocolate rain:(This BBCode requires its accompanying plugin to work properly.)
