The Imperial March is one of the things that when you hear it, really means Star Wars. That thing blows my mind when i hear it.

 

The music playing when Vader goads Luke into attacking him is also one of my favs.

 

@Jae: I absolutely love that music, and I think the scene that goes with it is one of the more epic Star Wars scenes ever! I literally just watched that clip 5 times in a row!

The music in episode VI, when Luke goes berserk on Vader during their fight on the Death Star. Gives me chills every time. And of course, the Imperial March is one for the ages.

In addition to my earlier choice, I also like the end credits music, possibly even more than the opening score. Also, I kind of like the opening titles for The Clone Wars.
