The stage had 15 GINORMOUS guitar amps on stage... plus a HUGE bass rig, and a ton of drums and keyboards. But this is not the metal I grew up with... oh no. The guitars all sound like amplified diesel engines grinding away on the cusp of catastrophic failure... and the vocals all sound like Cookie Monster... gargling... with Drano. No melodies.
