greedo626 Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 today at 7:34 A.M. est, a student shot the principle at my local jr. high school. then he killed himself. the principle is at the hospital in an undisclosed condition. this is the kind of thing you don't expect to happen in your town.
Guest Jed Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 Sad, sad world. It's a pity things like this happen.
greedo626 Posted April 24, 2003 Author Posted April 24, 2003 two years ago in the elementary school down the road from me, an insane dad cut off a little girls fingers with a machete. if it was my daughter he hurt I'd kill the guy:mad: [edit] they just announced that the principle died.
Taos Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 I really don't understand why some kids these days feel that is the only way to do things......it's just awful.
ZBomber Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 Thats really sad man. Why would you wanna kill anyone?
taekwondo joe Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 omg, this is terribel, sorry dude, that hast to be scary
XERXES Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 damn kids, and their parents too for not raising them correctly.

Breton Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 This sure reminds me of the documentary Bowling for Columbine.
greedo626 Posted April 24, 2003 Author Posted April 24, 2003 here are some of the national news reports. http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/Northeast/04/24/school.shooting/index.html http://www.msnbc.com/news/904616.asp?0cv=CB10 http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,85036,00.html

I've seen kids literally throw their lives away with drugs...while at the same time...getting their parents into it as well...sad sad sad
Breton Posted April 24, 2003 Posted April 24, 2003 It probably would've ended better if this psycho little kid hadn't got his hands on firearms that easily. Just mentioning it.
Pnut_Man Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 That's really shocking news Greedo, really unfortunate that it had to happen in your town Poor principal, his family is gonna be crippled for a while now..
acdcfanbill Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 you know breton, one could just as easily say that if the principal was armed that he would have been able to shoot the student who probably pointed a gun at him. thus saving himself, and only wounding the kid and no one would have died the problem as i see it is defently parents these days. I've been around guns since i was born, and have never even thought about shooting anyone. Its a sad that people shirking on their responcibilities cause childernt to go astray.
TheJackal Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 note to all: go watch Bowling For Columbine From that documentary you learn that you cant blame anybody for 100%. Its not Manson. Its not Eminem. Its not the parents. Its the gun culture. The ease of which you can acquire weapons. The ease of which you can buy bullets. The paranoia and fear culture falls into play too. Where it is that you need to take revenge for everything that happens to you. Just look at the government. Nice example they are showing right? Anyways. I dont want to get into a gun debeat in this thread. This is about the death of an innoncent man by a confused teenager. I'm sorry for your losts Greedo. Ignore the media frenzy that CNN and co. will do in your city. They are wrong because they dont know who these people were. Only you and your community can judge the characters of the people involved because your the ones that knew them. Not the Corporate News Channels, not the late night shows, not the President, not us on the forums. Form your own opinion on yourself. Best whishes to you and your school to recover from the tragedy.
SkiTzoGuy Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 SORRY MAN THAT HAPPEND It must have been really scary, i had a similar thing like that happen but not as drastic as your story, it was only a stabbing. but not a principle like student to student.
Lunatic Jedi Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 Damnit, what's wrong with these people! Why would a seemingly good kid with no beef against his principle suddenly go off the deep end and blast his principle, then himself?! Strange, strange world.
greedo626 Posted April 25, 2003 Author Posted April 25, 2003 Originally posted by ZBomber Did you know the kid, Greedo? I didn't know the guy who did it, but I know people who go to the school where it happened.
Reborn Outcast Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 Stupid people do stupid things these days. Sorry for your town greedo.
Rogue15 Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 whoa. that is some scary stuff. where'd the kid get the gun?
