Elegy Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 So, is it just me or did anyone else wear the hell out of their spacebar trying to get out of one too many saberlocks in JKII? Even if I just barely rest a finger on it, it functions. It makes a bunch of unintentional spaces in alot of my words that I don't notice sometimes when I type. I guess that's better than the spacebar not working at all though.
legameboy Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 My spacebar is fully functional. Of course, I haven't played Jedi knight 2: Jedi Outcast in a while!
ZBomber Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 My spacebar works fine. I usually click when i'm in a saber lock.
The Cheat Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 yeah mine works fine, but it is brand new so we will see if it survives jedi accademy
BongoBob Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 Won't we all:D Atleast those with a bit of moolah.
Sivy Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 my s pac ebar is fi ne its my arrow keys that have suffered, spilling coke on them didn't help i would press the up or down and it would take about 20 seconds to come back up. fixed them now, gave them a good rub with an alcohol-based 'wet-wipe' so what have we learnt? that you should only drink alcohol while playing on your computer that way if you spill your drink it wont make the keys go all sticky
Darth Groovy Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 My spacebar is vacationing in Florida, but he sent postcards and he is doing just fine.
Dath Maximus Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 I actually have a different keyboard that i use now. So there ha! *looks at keyboard* i miss my old one.
KBell Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 My left thumb is double jointed, so i guess my space bar is getting more damage than my thumb
Sam Fisher Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 If anythings going to wear out, it'd be my mouse:)
Sam Fisher Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 If anythings going to wear out, it'd be my mouse:)
WolfmanNCSU Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 Seems to be alright. I dont use my space bar very much in games. I use different keys and I am all over the mouse. Like Sam, that will be the first to go.
KBell Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 I used to wear out alot of mouses, but then i just purchased a laser mouse, which im still using for, like, 2 years
Pisces Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 Mine's just fine. 'Course I've never played that game you mentioned. Nor do I ever play computer games. The only one I ever played was One Must Fall and that won't work anymore so, my spacebar's well rested.
