  1. Aren’t they all? πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 5/6 πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’š πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’š πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  2. What characters does he mean? I don’t see an image.
  3. I now know the answer… and still I don’t know the answer. πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 6/6 πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  4. Personally, I’d confess to anything if someone tore my leg off. Anyway, it’s an interesting little enigma. If LeChuck didn’t want him there, why confess? Then again, maybe it’s an act of despair, since Guybrush is so close to Big Whoop. The thing that jumps out to me is the room with the dead parents and specifically the sign that literally says β€œDead Parents”. Why is it so obvious? Was the whole dream staged? And if they’re already under the Theme Park, why are his parents very much alive moments later? And if this is LeChucks work, was he leading Guybrush to Big Whoop the whole time? And if it’s not LeChuck’s work, who’s is it? It’s such an odd detail.
  5. You mean, it was a thing David Lynch did back then, and everyone in television started copying. 😜
  6. The worst type of person! πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 3/6 πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  7. This is exactly what I mean! That’s some next level David Lynch unraveling for something that might just be a solution to a technical problem! Love it!
  8. It’s actually great that we can’t really distinguish the humour from the lore, because they’re so intertwined! It’s fascinating that we’re still talking about some ominous β€˜secret’ 30 years later, and hanging on to dialogue that might’ve been a funny placeholder! It’s one of those alignment of the stars things that just makes it work and keeps it interesting! And it’s what I LOVE about Monkey Island! 😁
  9. I was so sure I was gonna lose this one! The thrill! The excitement! The… MOJOLE! πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 6/6 πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  10. The secret is that Monkey Kombat was planned from the first game! 😱
  11. Sorry, I can see how that might’ve come off a bit rude. What I tried to say is that I loved the change and after playing I wished it was permanent.
  12. Geez! I hate how obvious this was… πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 6/6 πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’š πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ’š πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  13. I should replay ToMI again. I remember not being impressed by the first episode, but warming up to the rest pretty fast. I liked the story and the character driven plot, I liked hook Guybrush (and in the end wishing they had the balls to make it permanent), I liked the new characters and bad guys too. I’ve only played it once, so I should definitely give it another go. I stranded at CMI with my playthroughs though, so I’ve still got some ground to cover.
  14. Please don’t share that quote outside this forums… The β€œintended 3a” crowd will have a field day… 😱
  15. The Return of LeChuck's Revenge Strikes Back!
  16. Return to Monkey Island Returns! Duh! 😜
  17. I don’t really have much to add in this topic, except that I’m really impressed you guys noticed this! It makes the original VGA version a much nicer project. Kudo’s to all of you! Also, I noticed the Indy thing too on my last playthroughs (I replayed all 3 options), and I thought it was extremely awesome!
  18. Far … Fetched! πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 4/6 πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ–€πŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’š πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
  19. No. But I do think there’s another layer to that name. Because, after so many years, it’s a Return to Monkey Island for Ron too. Other than that, nah. I hope they’re okay. But, going by that post, there might be some bad blood. I can imagine when you’re going to work for an old design buddy, and him doing something that made you quit the first job in the first place, doesn’t really sit well. He might even resent the fact that Tim didn’t sell him the IP before the Microsoft deal. I could imagine that too. We’re all humans in that sense, though I hope they’re on speaking terms.
  20. Since the blog is up again, I decided to scroll down in his Return to Monkey Island post to see why he decided to remove the comments, and... SHEESH! I understand him completely! I'd hate it too if people were using that kind of language against me on my own blog. What an entitled bunch! It's a shame you can't really create anything anymore (especially not a sequel) without people trolling you to death.
  21. This is exactly what I meant. Thank you for digressing that. Could be. I think Tim not working on RtMI has more to do with him running Double Fine and working on other games, but this post did strike me as a little resentful. Ron did leave Double Fine pretty fast after The Cave. I hope it didn't come between them, and that they still have good contact.
  22. Also, I found this in the "About" section of Grumpy Gamer. Could this be a reason why Tim Shafer isn't involved with RtMI? (Next to having his own studio to run and make his own games.)
  23. Great quote from this post which should put the whole β€œMI3a would absolutely positively have looked like Day of the Tentacle” thing to rest:
  24. Had a hunch! πŸ‘• I beat #Mojole and all I got was this stupid t-shirt. 2/6 πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€ πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š https://funzone.mixnmojo.com/Mojole/
