chainz if you are looking of a white sauce recipe I suggest looking on the internet google is you friend in that respect also I don't use an exact recipe for anything i make I just us the main recipe as a guild line of what to put in it other wise I use taste to determine what else it needs oh and try buying a cookbook:p

My taste buds are screaming. Get this,

California Striped Bass and "Fruits of the Sea" with Saffron Linguini

 

Housemade Pasta,Seared Scallop and Prawn, Duo of Poached Mussels, Clams and Oysters, Smoked Salmon, Calamari, Preserved Citrus, Chili, Tomato, Fresh Herbs. :drool1:

pasta...I don't have a favorite as long as it's fresh and it's not seafood (I like seafood but not on pasta) - Good thing is that I live near an excellent grocery store (they even have live music - classical and Jazz- !) where I can buy freshly made pasta...the only thing that remains to be done is the sauce that I prefer to make by myself.

err fresh as in just made or freshly cooked:confused: cuz if you mean freshly made :eek: ack that will take longer than tk102's pizza recipe:D expecially when making it for more than one person other wise use brilla noodles they are the best I've found so far:cool:

I personally like pasta with home made tomato sauce and Romano cheese with a bit of Sharp Cheddar for some zing. ;)

Ugh! Even though I haven't eaten an animal in over 15 years, this would sound nasty anyway. Tuna and tomato sauce on pasta? :barf:

expecially when it comes to particular measurements the only thing I ever measure consistently is sugar and flour
