Cygnus Q'ol
I have also started working recently. ...you have my dearest sympathy. That just means you'll get less sleep. For the love of the force, don't let it interfere with your gaming. NBA live '06 The Milwaukee Bucks, led by point guard Cygnus Q'ol, have advanced to the NBA finals where they have a showdown with the western conference champion Phoenix Suns. Q'ol, who averaged 33ppg this season, had 41 and a triple double in game five against Shaq, Wade and the rest of the Heat to get them there. We expect great things from this 16 year old rookie phenom. The Godfather As the turf war rages from Hell's Kitchen to Brooklyn, Sonny Corleone evokes fear in the streets with his brash, uncompromisable tactics. His new right hand enforcer, Tommy Cygnarelli is said to have a mean streak that makes Lucca Brazzi look like a boy scout. The Don's health is said to be waining... Cygnus Q'ol
16? He shouldn't even be in the league! I know, isn't it ridiculous? DOB (1/16/90) He should have a long and prosperous career. (talk about expanding the gameplay...) Barring prolonged injury, technically he could shatter some NBA records. It's reminiscient of when, as a quarterback, he won the national championship in NCAA Football '06 his junior and senior year at Wisconsin then, after the Heisman ceremony, was imported to Madden '06 and went on to win superbowls in 4 of his first seven seasons. Commander Obi-Wan
I hope Steve Nash embarrassed you. j/k Meh. You still can't beat the rookie phenom, Raymond Arnold, of the Edmonton Oilers. He averages over 120 pts and 50g per season and 200PIM. That's for 5 years and he's only 23. Still, your guy is 16......
REDJOHNNYMIKE
Yeah, I feel ya, it's too bad that ncaa games literally stop counting touchdowns in the first qaurter of QB/HB/OLB/K RED's domination of all things not OHIO STATE:cool: I can't even remember the number of career records he broke his freshman season:lol:
PazaakPrincess
Some of the games going on in our house: PC: Civ 4, Sims2 w/expansions, Space Colony (sort of a mix of Sims and FastFood Tycoon but in space) heavily moded KOTOR. I have Black and White 2 but haven't installed it yet. XBOX: Fable Lost Chapters (ten times better then the original!), Battlefront 2, KOTOR and TSL, Thief, Jade Empire. We have tons of xbox games and sometimes play games half way then toss them aside for awhile when we get a new one. Still haven't finished Silent Hill 4, Cuthulu, Oddworld or the Uber edition of Morrowind.
Ztalker
I agree there aren't many games out now I have the same feeling you describe...it's almost like it's the silence for the storm...after all, the new consoles are coming, some major games are in development*.. The last 'real' blockbuster was Oblivion...but it doesn't seem that good after all... I also took some games from beneath a layer of dust, and started playing: PC: -Fable The Lost Chapters -Kotor 1 (Since Kotor 2 lies at my m8's place...) -Sid Meiers Pirates! -Half-Life 2 Gamecube: -F-zero GX (just ownz..nuff said ^^ ) -Jedi Knight 2 -Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 2: Rogue Leader Playstation 2: -Fifa Street (call me a mainstream-biatch, but this game is so cool ) -Medal of Honour: European Assault -GTA: San Andreas * Spore, Huxley, UT 2007, Half Life 2: Aftermath, Kotor
Reclaimer
Well, here's my "Stuff." PC -Knights of the Old Republic 1 (TSL broke...) -The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowing, Tribunal, AND Bloodmoon (Great series) -The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion <---(Hell yeah!!) -Star Wars, Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight (Good times) -Star Wars X-Wing Alliance (Even more good times, hell, still play this online) -More games I don't play (about 5-6 more) Xbox -Halo 2 (Was good untill Standby/Mod/Hack -er's) -Ghost Recon 2 (Really good, better than GRAW in MY opinion) -Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter (First Person is cool, but I like GR: 2 better) -Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers (This game is FREAKIN' AWESOME!! More people play it everday, which equals even more awesome!) -Battlefield: Modern Combat (Great online, but single player sucked) - More games that I have waiting to go to GameStop (Like 5-6 games) That's my list. Let's hope they don't trade Q'ol to the Lakers now. It wasn't all smiles and laughs. The Bucks actually had to come back from a 2 games to 1 deficit. Nash was killing me. I had absolutely no answer for him. He's one of my favorite players in real life, but during this series, I was hating him. It took a three guard set and half court trappings just to slow him down. The Bucks would not have won if not for the gallant rebounding effort and three-point daggerfest by Q'ol in game 4 to turn things around. I also played Gadzuric and Bogut together in what I call a "poor man's twin towers". That helped with 'bounds, thus allowing more possessions per game. Did I mention Q'ol is 6'9" and doubles as a small forward at times. Two words: Magic Johnson. @RJM The Badgers smoked the Buckeyes 34-0 in Cygnus' senior year, but of course, I wasn't playing against "BIG RED". JediMaster12
In addition to game time, I am also starting off my first quarter as a senior and already I feel the pressure on and my classes are mostly GE! I just want the suffering to end!

REDJOHNNYMIKE
@Cyg, That's odd, I couldv'e sworn the bucks won that 255-0??? We also have a new coach (strangely similar to the star player) who just never lets up:cool: I haven't seen a demo yet, but if it plays well I might pick up "the Outfit" from what I've heard it's like Mercenaries:PoD but WWII. Cygnus Q'ol
In addition to game time, I am also starting off my first quarter as a senior and already I feel the pressure on and my classes are mostly GE! I just want the suffering to end! Remember your jedi training. Patience and focus. Preparation and time management are key to your academic survival. The better you are at prioritizing your tasks on a daily basis, the less pressure you'll feel and the better you'll perform. Keep in mind, this is a template of what to expect in college. The students who have it all together are the ones with the will power to say no to the things outside of their priority bubble. As you get older and wiser you'll find you cannot do everything you want any time you want. The successful ones are the students who set up a priorty plan of what they want then stick as close to it as possible. I have a feeling that you'll not only do just fine, but you will excel at whatever you focus on.

Cygnus Q'ol
Walking down 42nd street minding my own business, for once. She's walking up the sidewalk right towards me. She's beautiful. She's a few paces away, but I know she can see me. She walks on, straight at me, smiling. I steal a peek down at my self as I continue my stroll, pretending not to notice her in my path. My dark silver, creased, sharkskin, pinstriped, double breasted suit glistens in the setting sun, sure to attract her. My gold and silver tie sitting atop my black buttoned shirt could woo the most pristine. Feeling full of myself and confident, I lift my fedora and smile. I hear the shot just as the front of her head comes apart and explodes blood and brains all over me. I slip out my .45 as I run into an alley leaping garbage cans. I stole a peek back just in time to see two cars screeching to a halt and spewing out Barzinni's men, all carrying 'tommys'. I checked Tom Hagen's report before I left the Corleone's compound and I knew vendettas were high, but I thought I could get lucky and slip past their hotel. I can hear them rushing up the alley, murmered orders being given and the clickings of hammers being cocked. With the footsteps getting closer, I gave my gun a big kiss. "Here we go baby." I guess I did get lucky, bad lucky...
JediMaster12
Ok so you are in Corleone land. Do you visit the Godfather? I'm watching old man fire and wondering was Cygnus thinks of the newest bits of poetry that I put on the Echani poet thread.
Cygnus Q'ol
^^^ Actually I do. I've also worked with Clemenza and I've done a few hits for Tessio. Sonny and I just finished a warehouse job. Sonny's not a very good shot. With a big fire tommy gun spraying the area, he hardly hits anything. Like in most games, you have to do most of the work yourself. @JM12 Dance of Death is hot!! "If you practiced your saber skills as much as your wit, your swordplay might even rival master Yoda." On topic: I'm bringing along a fresh, strong, quick young middleweight who moves like Ali and hits like Frazier. He's only had a few fights but he'll definately be a contender. Right now, he's out back hittin' the heavy bag. Signature punch: Jaw splintering uppercut. Look out boxing world, tonite's fight night III and Kreig Von Cygnus from Bonn is in 'da hay-youse!
