I've seen that guy before from the Guinness World Records show. It's pretty interesting how he does that. But, he swallowed some sugar and regurgiated the sugar dry.

I count how many chews I take on each side of my mouth, and make sure it's an equal number. That's about the only weird thing I do with food.
