Bond might get away alive by telling horrible puns until Lee started screaming in agony, then getting in his supercar and hightailing it out of there. Though Daniel Craig is just getting started and I think he's fantastic, so there is hope for Bond in the future. Dare I say Craig is better then Connery? Yes I said it. Ok to the question at hand - Bourne vs Bond in a fight. I give the nod to Bourne - he could kill you with a 3x5 notecard if he had to. Right so pre-Bourne movie, Bond has a bunch of gadgets, never really gets bloody, etc. Then we have the Bourne movies where the hero doesn't use gadgets, gets bloody, etc. Then we have "new-Bond" where the hero also doesn't use gadgets, gets bloody, etc. Some people might view that as the Bond franchise adjusting to be like the more-realistic Bourne franchise. The reason he didn't have any gadgets was because it took place before Q-branch or any of that was part of MI6. Besides, James was as smooth with the ladies as ever.
