Canderis Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Have you guys noticed how in star wars there is never a bathroom? Do they not have to go or something? What do you guys think happened to the b-rooms?
Alkonium Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 No, it just happens off camera, and there's never any need to show a washroom.
Canderis Posted June 27, 2009 Author Posted June 27, 2009 Ebon Hawk, theres no room in it for them. Or the apartments on taris, no doors leading off to them.
Trench Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 ! Maybe one pops up out of the floor in the medical room!
Alkonium Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Ebon Hawk, theres no room in it for them. Or the apartments on taris, no doors leading off to them. In the apartments on Taris, there's nothing but a single room, and not much in it, either.
Mandalore The Shadow Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Yeah in KotOR II there were 'Freshers on peragus and there were 'Freshers in the Republic Commando books
Aash Li Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Clever... I suppose it make it more unobtrusive that calling it a water-closet.
CommanderQ Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Hmmm...the Jedi have the force...perhaps it does...{joke:D} Yeah. They have restrooms, I'm sure of it, just that they wouldn't show it on film or game, cuz' it just isn't that interesting...unless of course, one of the main characters died in one..or something like that. Just depends...
Mandalore The Shadow Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 yeah there really isnt a reason to put them in the Films
Jae Onasi Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Aha, -now- we know why Jolee always complained about how bad the food coming from the Ebon Hawk food replicators tasted.... /mystery
Canderis Posted June 27, 2009 Author Posted June 27, 2009 Oh if you get those cross-section books there is no "Refresher" on the Falcon. Hehehe now we know why it was always breaking.
Astor Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 I understand that people like to see a little realism in these things, but we don't need to see that kind of realism. It's just like in D&D - people don't usually roleplay their ablutions because it's not really adding anything. Although I would imagine that in the vulgar areas of the Star Wars Universe it may be referred to as 'Draining the Krayt Dragon'.
mimartin Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 What did you’ll think R2-D2 and T3-M4 were there for, comic relief?
Astor Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 What did you’ll think R2-D2 and T3-M4 were there for, comic relief? I'm afraid that using particular droid that might give you Swine Flu.
mimartin Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 I'm afraid that using particular droid that might give you Swine Flu. That is Gamorrean Flu in the Star Wars cosmos.
Mandalore The Shadow Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 What did you’ll think R2-D2 and T3-M4 were there for, comic relief? Clever, clever i like it
Darth Avlectus Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 ! Maybe one pops up out of the floor in the medical room! Nah, that might be too un-sterile. You ever put that dye in the toilet, darkened the room and lit it up with a blacklight? Everytime you flush the bacteria goes *everywhere*--kind of makes you second guess using your toothbrush if the sink is in the same bathroom with no toilet enclosure.

Yet another reason for Jolee to complain! You know where he likes to stay:D
Mandalore The Shadow Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 his own fault he chose that room although Jae loves Jolee so i dont think i should be critisizing him
The Betrayer Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 There is a refresher in Peragus in K2. (Pretty disturbing how The Exile has to stick his/her hand in the refresher to get a datapad xP)
Trench Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 I believe that that refresher is more of a sink. Not even Coorta would be stupid enough to "go" in the middle of the room.

Quanon Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Oh if you get those cross-section books there is no "Refresher" on the Falcon. Hehehe now we know why it was always breaking. They got the airlock... superflush. Though Spaceballs does show you restrooms, with big flatscreens even. Lord helmet toiletpaper
