Liverandbacon Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 OT, but I must point this is very untrue. I study with a lot of exclusively lesbian women that don't do the most they can to look like a guy with jugs. Of course some look very manly but saying they all do is overgeneralization. I think a look at my post shows that I never said that. I stand by what I posted, since considering how few women in general look like Lara Croft, the likelihood of meeting a lesbian that looks like that is even lower. 'Doesn't look like Lara Croft' ≠ 'Looks like a dude'. Sorry for helping get this thread sidetracked, hopefully this clarification will bring an end to this offshoot of the main discussion.
Ctrl Alt Del Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Yah, you're right, I just jumped to the conclusion because I see comments of that kind all the time. Here's an apology: Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) *pretend there's a Lara Croft-ish lesbian pic frontal nude here*

Mav Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 New Lara game looks to be a rule 63 version of Uncharted... and I'm ok with that.
Lynk Former Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 If Uncharted and Tomb Raider can manage to influence each other along the way while keeping their own distinctive elements... well... it'll be ****ing awesome for everyone involved.
DAWUSS Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Realistic is nice, but I still lack interest in the TR series.

leXX Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 It seems the new Tomb Raider film will be focused on Lara's origins, just like the game. The Iron Man writers have been hired to do the screenplay, which is good news (I love Iron Man). Looking forward to finding out who is going to play Lara. clicky
Blix Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 I never got into the Tomb Raider games, she looks pretty good at 21 though I must say.
Primogen Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 I suppose if you're into beat up, traumatized women. Some people are. I'm not judging you.
Ctrl Alt Del Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Looking forward to finding out who is going to play Lara. Hopefully, not Anne Hathaway - obvious popular choice for any female lead today.
GeneralPloKoon Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Hopefully, not Anne Hathaway - obvious popular choice for any female lead today. I'd like Rhona Mitra to play Lara, be she may be considered too old for the role.
leXX Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 So long as it's not Megan Fox. Here are some other great threads with lots of scans and info from magazine articles... Hobby Consolas Official Playstation Mag US NAG
Astor Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 If they're going to do a film, it'd be nice to see them use a British actress, but that's probably not going to happen - I can't even think of a suitable one to start with.

Not that I'm being serious...
GeneralPloKoon Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Hermione? She will go Wingardium Leviosa all over that treasure!
Primogen Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Emma Watson is too...what's the word. Soft, I guess. She doesn't have the kind of grit Lara Croft needs. If Milla Jovovich were English instead of Ukrainian, she'd be ideal.
