I was thinking that there should be a Star Wars general disscussion area. I know we have the I've seen EP II forum but I think there should be a bigger one where each film has it's own board. There is always talk in the I've seen EP II thread and you never really know where to find the stuff that you want about a paticular movie. Sorry for being a pest but just thought I'd bring it to your attention. Cheers to LucasForums!!

You can and do see some familiar names as you wonder through the various boards. I can also learn about an upcoming game(s) and I don't even have to leave LF. It's less hassle, which is nice at times. I also like the people here...this community is a great one! I will be sticking around here for a while I think.

Now, on to other matters... What happened to the "Holiday Gift" we were promised in the JK2 forums, Aristotle?? I'm almost positive we never got it or got told what it was... =( ...And when are we going to get the gold Artoos back? *cough* Anyway... ^^; I think that combining all of these forums so successfully has been an impressive feat - and a very worthwhile one, at that - I've made many friends and had much fun that I'd have missed out on had the forums not been under one roof Here's to LF! May it live long and prosper

Even though I don't know any of the posters above I still feel connected to them as being in the same community. That's just great isn't it? Yeah, keep it up! Oh one thing though, enable that search option!

The only problem is the 90s rule, but I can't do anything against it... I would like the Custom User Title at less posts than 1000, as it's hard to get there w/o spamming. OK, Edit, found an outrage: The 10 smilies/images rule should be made better, because if you take the same smiley more times, the image has to be downloaded only once and the browser will duplicate it. Better way: there are only 5 image sources allowed in one post. e.g.: If I now post 10 smilies, it would only cost me one source, as the smilies are duplicates of the same file. But: it's a good forum!

Long, long story about the x-mas gift... to make it short, we were close to getting the most popular request, and then there was an issue with it.. pulling it off in time... by the time we were made aware of that, the game was almost out... Lots of other things went into that... too many to openly discuss. These forums really have grown tremendously... and it's become an outstanding, close knit, friendly community we're all proud to be a part of. Everyone's continued loyalty always seems to amaze us. I was here during the great and powerfull merge of the forums it went ok at first... only some forums were a bit afraid of the sudden new member activaty I have been here since september last year.. so i have seen almost everything now I love these forums... i gained loads of friends.
