Kstar__2
rave, i seriously think you need to make less threads. as for the jones movie: i hope it will be a good one!
Katarn07
Me too. If it's better than ToD, woo hoo! Another great Indy. Hope Sallah and Dr. Jones Sr. are in it. Pitty Marcus can't be... I'm sure they'll pay homage to him in it somewhere. Like having a wing in his museum named after him. The museum can really show some great easter eggs. Cross of Coronado, those rocks he gets in Raiders, Obi-Wan's lightsaber...

JediNyt
Indy would have to be in his 50s. In fact the movie probably takes place in the 50s, Since Harrison Ford is of course in it. I love Indy! Woohoo!
Katarn07
It does indeed take place in the 50s. This has been confirmed. No Nazis, just a bunch of commi soviets during the Cold War.
Eldritch
Ah... good ole' Commi Soviets. Wait, didn't Ford just play a Commi Soviet in that submarine movie? Coincidence?
ImmolatedYoda
um, isnt "Commi Soviets" redundant? i mean, the USSR was communist so...yeah
Katarn07
Yeah, I guess you're right. But using the word commi is fun. I hope this movie has a good, Christian artifact. Wasn't to big on the whole Thugee cult thing, but the bridge scene and mine cart chase and even the opening with Loa Che was great.

Taos
Excellent. Another Indy classic movie! I can't wait for this one! Anybody know if it will be the last one made? [hopes it will be, only because I don't want anyone other than HF to play Indy.]
nova_wolf
Err - I hate to be the one to burst everyones bubble, but you did all see the result when they did a new Star Wars movie.... We were all just as expectant of something awesome and a return to form, and then we got EpI... I am not saying doom and gloom is ours forever, and it may be good - indeed, I pray it is, but perhaps a little less optimism would ensure a brighter outcome... Katarn07
Speilberg is doing it to. Hey, the TPM story was OK, but poorly done. GL's stories are great, he just needed someone else to get it across for those who dislike TPM....
