Rogue15 Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 I've read Star by Star and Dark Journey. I really wish I would've read the others that came before them. oh well. Star by Star was very awesome.
Keiran Halcyon Posted January 17, 2003 Posted January 17, 2003 I read all untill Dark journey Very good and fresh stories and full of Jedi
Boba Rhett Posted January 18, 2003 Posted January 18, 2003 When you walk into a book store do you ever get the urge to pull out a pen/pocket knife/etc. and start stabbing into the nearest copy of any NJO book? Well I do.
Tie Guy Posted January 18, 2003 Posted January 18, 2003 Oh grow up, Rhett. You still pouting about how they killed Chewie? NJO is great, and the book "Traitor" has moved up there pretty high on my favorite book lists. Not all of them are incredible, but i don't think any of them are down right bad.
Thrackan Solo Posted January 18, 2003 Posted January 18, 2003 i love it the first time i read it and i couldnt stop reading NJO:yobi:
Elessar-Eärfalas Posted January 18, 2003 Posted January 18, 2003 ive never read any of it...for some reason its never really interested me.
swphreak Posted January 19, 2003 Posted January 19, 2003 NJO r00lz. I read every Star Wars book I can get my hands on.

He asked a question and I answered it. I need to grow up just because my opinion does not match yours? Sounds to me like you're the one needing to grow the hell up.

Though you must admit you've said many times you don't like it because they killed chewie.
Can-able Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 I like NJO Got them all and can't wait for the next one.....
Skinkie Posted January 23, 2003 Posted January 23, 2003 I like it, the plot combination of Dark Jedi, Imperial Superweapon, Unknown Super Admiral was starting to feel sort of rehashed before it came along
Notion Posted January 26, 2003 Posted January 26, 2003 Just bought the first 8 from eBay, waiting for a good time to delve in and not stop.
AgentSmith Posted January 30, 2003 Posted January 30, 2003 I like the New Jedi Order series, it's pretty cool.
Notion Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Ok well I'm 1/3 through Vector Prime and it's great! I was thinking to myself while reading... wouldn't it be great if Jacen and Anakin settled this with their sabers and well, you know what happened. It was cool!
wassup Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Loved NJO ever since I started reading about 9 months ago. Good series even tho it has its flaws.
leXX Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 Never read them. I havn't read any EU books whatsoever.
Master_MJade Posted February 7, 2003 Posted February 7, 2003 its a great series even the politics is interesting
nova_wolf Posted February 8, 2003 Posted February 8, 2003 All the facets work. The politics, Jedi History, the new enemy is cool, both for their gear and their philosophy. The Solo kids, this latest Jedi - Vegere - and her history. The deepening of the Force beyond what we were already aware of. The space battles are AWESOME! (All space battle fans should read the 170 page battle in Star by Star...) Character development - Han, Leia dn their kids. Losses - the bubble of invincibility is burst - no-one is safe anymore...But it is not just death that leads to great people being lost for the good of the cause (Ithor...) Comedy moments - the YVH Droids. This series has everything, and is not far off what is gonna be the mutha of all endings... Force Heretic trilogy, then the last book... It's gonna be historical!
