You do know that P M means Private Message right? And this thread would not have been created had you and your counterparts not stirred up so much crap here in the first place, so do not go there.

I can see whats going on here. I keep seeing donate to thirk threads, people giving thirk points like tribute or something, and I agree with samfisher. I don't care if I had 999,999,999,999 Points as long as it wasn't stolen. Look everyone stop donating points to him. He's rich already and while he just spends it like an idiot you post and then donate it to him. Did he promise you great after life if you donated to him save your points. Thirk is not amazing. The best people on the JKII forums donn't have alot of points but they get alot of respect. They promise to keep the forums better for free just that you follow rules. I feel sorry for the people who keep trying give points to somebody who has no reason to get points.

What I wanna know is how these people became staff. Is it a requirment that you trick people into giving someone lots of points? Its not as much as in the Swamp and JKII.net. The mods here are actually FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. But some other places..... :disaprove

GreenJeanz has got banned and deleted i belive. I looked for GJs msn and found it, i asked for the points back politely and she said Thrik needs them.

Then a supermod came on, and it went chaos from there. The thing is this matter has completely ruined a good addon to the forum, but now since it's got misused it will probally be removed.

All because of a few people, who can't control themselfs. Well done to them....

The system worked fine up until now, when some users quit using it the way it's supposed to be used.

*shakes head*

I just don't understand these people's motives. Why can't they just use the system properly, or if they don't approve, leave it alone? I really don't understand why they'd want to cause so much trouble for people who take it seriously.

That's excactly what I'm saying, I just didn't want to type all that out. Thanks for doing it for me, Darkie.:D

It is indeed a sad day in our forum's history to see members resort to such devious tactics as that, and for what? To amass semi-useless and overrated points so that they may have their online handles immortalized in text on a website devoted to gaming, as the forum's "richest" member?

I have news for them, The richest members of these forums are those who govern themselves with genuine courtesy and honesty. Their status has nothing to do with the amount of points or posts they've accumulated, but rather by their constant helpfulness, friendliness, and kindness.

It is sad that some have chosen to validate themselves in such a manner as to beg for, scam, and outright steal points from others so that they might be made "great" in the eyes of themselves and their fellow forummers.

What may be sadder still, is the involvment in this dark plot by those members who have been appointed to a higher cause: Protecting the everyday forumer from such horrible acts. If this were not enough, it would seem that the community has seen fit to turn a blind eye to the whole situation and to even silence those who would speak out against these heinous individuals.

Indeed, the admins/mods response to this whole atrocity has been less than stellar, and as such, has caused the exodus of at least one well known, well spoken, and in most cases well loved members, if not more. These losses are unacceptable. These are people who have stood as pillars of light against a dark storm. They saw the darkness for what it was and stood tall as the storm battered, and beat them, and instead of the forum rallying to their aid, we sat back and found what little comfort we could in our apathy and ignored the calls of our fellow forummers and watched them perish in the swells of deception.

I believe it is safe to say, that many more may follow in the footsteps of those who have already left if the administration of these forums does not act rapidly, responsibly and righteously and respond with the great fervance needed to ensure such acts are not committed again. This is a community, and as such, should be found without such schemes and acts of deception.

Hear me forummers, do not wallow in indecision, do not be content to watch others fall fighting for your community! Throw off your blankets of apathy, and join me in seeking justice in this matter! We shall petition the admins/Mods to inflict grave disciplinary sanctions against those who have committed these foul acts to ensure a better future for Lucasforums! A future devoid of such lions' dens as these "scams"! Let's ensure trust will be not be totally lost among our forummers, and that this place can be the community it was once meant to be!

I think that the Point system should be demolished. I mean, in the echobase IRC channel Mattwindu what showing a good hack that could replace the point system that would be more fun. if that means we lose our Italic names, glowing names, sig images, and etc. I say GO FOR IT!! because this point system is BOGUS!!

but that is my two cents:D

DUDE ANYONE KNOW WHO DID THIS TO MY SIG
