Darth Groovy
The Matrix also "borrowed" a lot from the movie Dark City btw. ANOTHER underated film I happen to adore. But even THAT film openly borrowed alot from Fritz Lang's Metropolis. It goes on forever you see...

Pho3nix
Meh, wireless mice suck in gaming, and that looks like a Microsoft mouse Buy yourself a decent Logitech Mx510 or something.
Pie™
It's a Creative set, and I don't really game a lot. Needed a new keyboard/mouse, and this was on sale for 20$. My only complaint so far is that the media controls don't work with WinAmp.

ChAiNz.2da
I've always used a Microsoft mouse. They don't look very fancy, but they seem fine to me. same here.. I lurve mine... I've thrown away 2 Logitechs in the same amount of time I've had my current MS one.. meh, to each their own... Speaking of mice, this will be my next purchase here soon (when available)... http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/gaming/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=092 Since I now have my Wacom Pad for graphic work, I no longer need to shop around for trackball mice.. this one however has (or will) the precision resolution if I need to revert. Up to 2000dpi at 20g's!

milo
I got a second dvi-vga adapter, and am running dual monitors in both Windows and Ubuntu (via TwinView). It's like sex I've never really understood having dual monitors. What can you do with two that you can't do with just one?
Det. Bart Lasiter
I've never really understood having dual monitors. What can you do with two that you can't do with just one?Use really high resolutions. Depending on the interface, GPU, and monitors, up to 5120x1600 pixels of digital goodness. BongoBob
Well, I love the fact that I can have fullscreen video in one monitor, and IMs or whatever in the other.

BongoBob
How does it work? Is it like one big screen, and the mouse can just move between monitors? Basically, but whenever you maximize a window, it only maximizes to the monitor it's in, and it doesn't stretch to both monitors.

If you use one of these, you can maximize applications to both screens (check the images for the triple monitor version, they've got screens of Oblivion running at 3840x1024). Ratmjedi
It's a 42" Plasma from Philips. I've just been watching DVD's ever since I got it. It's so beautiful. I also bought.

Yeah, that would be sweet, but my monitors are two completly different crt monitors, with a good inch or two inbetween the two monitors. Plus, I wouldn't want web pages and most things in 2000+ x 768 resolution.

Ratmjedi
New mobile phone. I've got mc chris' hijack for my ringtone, and Bebop music for messages. Not a Slver. I've had the phone since March and I don't like it anymore. I don't like any Motorola Phone anymore. The only good thing about it is that it has itunes and that it's slim. I really want to transfer from Cingular to Verizon or Sprint but I have a two year contract.
