Shrub91 Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 You can always edit the costs with KT, you don't have to have K1/K2 on PC to mod with KT.

Ossus_Custodian Posted December 31, 2005 Posted December 31, 2005 yes there is downloadable content for XBOX TSL its called mod your XBOX and go to http://www.pcgamemods.com I want to add mods for the x-box versions of KotOR and KotOR II. How do I start, and has anyone made an .exe file that can be put into a CD or DVD type file system that can be used like the jade empire limited ed. extra disc. i.e. -insert disc, x-box acquires information, put game in, play...
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 He means soldering a mod chip to your XBox and transfering files to it though the mod chip. You can get a mod chip online and a soldering iron and other supplies at a Radio Shack or something. Just get a 25 watt soldering iron, some 22 gauge solder, and follow the instructions that came with the chip. You'll need a fair amount of skill with a soldering iron to pull it off though.
Dark Woman Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 I was really desapointed with the content for Kotor. There should have been more items and new force powers & feats.
TSR Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 Just get a 25 watt soldering iron, some 22 gauge solder... THE FLUX! DON'T FORGET THE FLUX! bad things happen when you don't use flux. eg screwed up xbox's. enjoy!
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 THE FLUX! DON'T FORGET THE FLUX! bad things happen when you don't use flux. eg screwed up xbox's. enjoy! I didn't use it, but whatever. Also, you need to change the end quote tag of your post to , because you have there now and that opens a new quote tag. Viola! -RH
Xbx_Inthusiast Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 Blergh, just softmod... http://www.xbox-scene.com go to tutorials.. costs like 30 bucks for an Action Replay device and a crossover cable and/or router. There are tutorials.. check it out.
mjpb3 Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 Yes, there is no dire need to mangle your XBox. You can do a software mod (soft mod) in a cinch. I have been using my soft modded XBox for about 6 months now and it works like a charm
marvidchano Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 yes there is downloadable content for XBOX TSL its called mod your XBOX and go to http://www.pcgamemods.com how do u get it on ur xbox?
RedHawke Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 how do u get it on ur xbox? Um? Look at Xbx_Inthusiast's post (2 posts up) he gives a link.
Det. Bart Lasiter Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Um? Look at Xbx_Inthusiast's post (2 posts up) he gives a link. Actually Xbx_Inthusiast was talking about modding saves and things like that. To use a mod from PCGM you'd have to install KotOR to your XBox HD and add them to an Override folder (or something along those lines), and you can't install a game to your XBox HD with an Action Replay and/or crossover cables The time/money/effort of modding an XBox isn't really worth it though, personally I'd rather use a PC instead and save myself 20-40 bucks and the 10 minutes or so of heating up my soldering iron and soldering something on to my XBox (which I did a while back, despite my hatred of soldering things).
RedHawke Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 Actually Xbx_Inthusiast was talking about modding saves and things like that. No he wasn't. Read his post again, he is talking about Soft-Modding XBox's.
