I used to. A long long time ago. Well, not so much that I liked the show as much as it was the only thing on while I was getting ready for school. Come to think of it, I really just watched, and laughed, at the battle scenes. I do remember thinking one of the girls was pretty hot, though.

Well when it first came out i was 7 or something it is classic tho i had everything power rangers but i only like the migthy morphen and time force rangers.

Sorry friend im a wee bit to old for power rangers.I think i was probably too old for them when they first came out.Welcome to the forums though. :sithk:

murder charges huh? I guess the never ending battle with space monsters got to him, lol...

 

I used to watch the show, but when they came out with the spinoffs I lost interest. They just don't come up to par, they are too childlike than they used to. It is just as bad as the various Transformers incarnations, just not up to par.

Man, power rangers... thats old school right there. hell its maybe even olde school

 

i watched when i was a kid, the very first incarnation of the show, but then i kinda grew out of it, and have never seen any of the spinoffs. i can still remember the first episode i ever say, they were fighting a man in a foam pig suit. Didn't that show also use redubbed bits of old kung fu movies or something for the villians? i remeber there being really awful dubbing. if they did, that was pretty clever. but man, i haven't seen that since like, 3rd grade. yeah, i'm gonna go with 3rd grade.

 

edit: oh yeah, and the giant animal robots were pretty cool, especially when they combined to make that thing that was almost voltron. and their helmets had silver mouths that never moved, and as a child that always bothered me.

 

double edit: and i also thought it was weird how their suits kind of "matched" them. the hot girl was the pink power ranger, the asian girl was the yellow power ranger and the black guy was the black black power ranger. then the jock was red and the nerd was blue... and then there was that rebel kid who they brought in as the green one.

 

triple edit: damn it... i know way too much about this show...

Yeah, the bad guy would stab the ground with a sword "HAHAHAHAHA!" then all the power rangers would fly in the air and sparks 20 feet behind them would go off... lol. It happend in every episode. And then they would reuse fights and little scenes from old episodes too... lol.

 

Well, I did like it long ago :) ... 10 years ago when it aired, watched it a few years, then... just stopped.

i all remember was the black dude, he was the best character, all the other suck c**k. Although didnt he get shot or something, i mean we all saw it comin. I think hes dead(not suprised). Although if he is dead funny, but sterotyped. And if he didnt die..... they kicked him off the show. But that was a long time ago

Heh. I watched the show many years ago, when I was in elementary school. And I liked it, too. But then they started changing it. The first change was all right, but after that it just got ridiculous, and I stopped watching it.

Back in the day, every time I went over to hang out at my best friends house, he had some unspoken mandatory rule that shows like PR and ninja turtles were always on tv and never turned off,

I believe I repressed most of it :D

Big fan of spongebob as well, possibly why I haven't seen much of him lately LOL

I liked the first one myself... The Pink Ranger (Amy Jo Johnson) was the best reason to watch! :naughty:

 

same is here(Amy Jo Johnson is hot) but to tell the truth i liked also the "ZEO" after that i quit watching it, and the green ranger by tommy oliver rules.

Which one was indicted for MURDER?

 

I never did like the Power Rangers. Sometimes, if nothing else was on, I would mute the TV and stare at Amy Jo Johnson. I always thought of the show as a cheap knock-off of Voltron.

Olde School would be: Merrie Melodies

Old School would be: Planet of the Apes animated

 

The rangers had nothing to do with old-school, it was a modern american wannabee ripoff of popular asian shows.
