Rogue15
I'm a hunter! Got my hunting license on Sunday, and today I bought my first rifle. a Marlin .22 Bolt-Action, also bought a scope for it. I can't wait to go hunting, even tho it'll just be for small stuff like squirrels and groundhogs. i love the woods. Anybody else going hunting? Nerd_Annhilator
Ppfft, do away with that .22 and get a .50 cal sniper rifle.
TK-8252
Ppfft, do away with that .22 and get a .50 cal sniper rifle. Because we all know that squirrels now wear body armor. Armor-piercing ftw. *Joins Hermie in the hills*

TiE23
Oooo, a .22! Don't hurt yourself with it! .22s are great. They dont make much noise, no kickback, and the ammo is really cheap. Get 1000 bullets for $6.00 Dont get semi autos unless you have money to burn. They jam like crazy, well.. depending on what you get.
Mike Windu
Pfffttt... Revolver ftw! Nice job getting your hunting license. *doesn't have any guns, but uses Karatay*
TK-8252
*doesn't have any guns, but uses Karatay* Personally I don't think that would work very well against squirrels. Unless the squirrel is named Sandy.
Seph
I won a tradition 12 gauge semi auto shotgun in a raffle and it hasn't jammed yet, I love my 22 oh god the memories hardly use it now. Anyways, have fun!
SeleneRayne
My father and my brothers hunt, they have been doing it for ever. They own so many guns between them. They hunt deer, ducks, squirrel and pheasant.
Rogue15
lol yeah right .50 cal cost a little too much for me atm. unless i get a muzzleloader, but then it wouldn't be the cool kind of .50 cal. =\ i want to get an M16 or at least an AR15 someday, but those cost around $4,000. The biggest fault I find with them is the cheap ammo you mentioned. Nobody gives a **** about wasting it, or firing it as fast as a trigger can be pulled. Tends to get the barrel hot, and sometimes warp the plastic clips.

IG-64
I'm not a very good hunter. Don't get me wrong, I can aim to kill. It's just that I get out there with my 22. cal and shoot at some little birds, and it's a nice thrill untill you see the poor little birdy with it's head blown off and feel bad (I always seem to get head shots for some reason). I'll stick with cans.
Bob Lion54
I read peasant....... HAHAHAH! Best one liner on LF that I've seen. Anywho, I don't hunt myself. I guess I'm not patient enough. When I was younger, my dad used to go alot. I loved when he brought home deer meat. Seriously, its friggen awsome. Taste nothing like chicken. Cmdr. Cracken
Because we all know that squirrels now wear body armor. Armor-piercing ftw. *Joins Hermie in the hills* dude, you have no idea! It's the squirrel army that will doom us all. Thier innocent looks, thier chittering, man, it's CODE. we have to stop them before they become an all mighty force that not even the Army can stop! Even as we speak, they are stockpiling nuts and food! why? They have nut launchers! they have weapons that wing nuts at high velocities at people, and they aim to kill! and the food? to outlast us through the harsh winters, when hey know our attempts to kill them will be futile! They plan to outlive the forest siege we need to wage! Fear them.... fear them and take them out before they can regroup in the winter....... before they can finalize thier pact with the chipmunks!
