spinkle
I hit the top end of the computer geek wannabe scale--59. I guess this means I have to try (which of course implies "fail at") installing some flavor of Linux on my old Pentium 200.

Det. Bart Lasiter
O.o I would have picked you to beat my score O.o I would have scored lower if the programming part, and the parts about operating systems and hardware wasn't there I've been stuffing as much of various programming languages in my head as I possibly could, so I had to answer 'Yes' to all of them. Running Gentoo, UNIX, and Windows on the same machine for awhile now really sealed the deal though, and having a graveyard of computers at my house didn't help matters either... I've got an old computer of an unknown brand running Windows 1.0 if anyone wants it

REDJOHNNYMIKE
If it's a nerd test then why does every answer use the word geek about six times? And the ranks are in geek. I'm looking back through the thread, and unless I missed something I can't find a nerd reference in any of the pastes......just found the word nerd used twice in Com Obi's submission, and that's about it.
