manoman81 Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 Title says it all. Another sad sad day http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory?id=1662550
topshot Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 ......R.I.P., Don. There is nothing left for me to say at this moment.......
Tyrion Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 A year or two(or three, I guess) ago I was big into that whole nick-at-nite thing, and I liked Three's a A Company. Don Knotts was old at that time, so I figured he was dead. So I kept searching around to see if was infact dead- nope, alive and well. Amazed me, and I wondered how long he'd live. Oh, heh, now I know. R.I.P.
The Seeker Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Ouch, of all the celebs that have died lately, this is the worst. When I was a kid, I was addicted to his shows, and movies. Truly a sad day for comedy. R.I.P.
Jeff Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 This has put me in a real sad mood. Same here... RIP
Master_Ginn Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 So long Barney. Instead of starting a new thread I'm just gonna post it here. Darren McGavin died at 83 You probably remember him as the dad in A Christmas Story.
Katarn07 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Andy Griffith was only good when Barney was in them. Barney was one of the funniest TV characters of all time.
MrWally Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 NO! ...no... *cries* Barney was the greatest classic television character. Period. A moment of silence for Mr. Knotts.
