Can you imagine yourself as Vader jumping your way around the levels after some rebels <_< >_> Or Vader running?! I mean come on You never see Vader running in the movies, he should walk only or at least if you want you could pick if you want to always run or always walk IMO.
toms Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 It'll be like the episode 3 game... would bet money on it. A third person cinematic action game. I haven't got that game, but know it got pretty good reviews... i'd still rather have a more serious JK stle FPS.. but i can't see that happening. (unless they set it in WW2/Near future battlegrounds ) The story of the between-trilogies Vader has been a common suggestion here as a great idea for a game... as it allows them lots of freedom, plus is an awesome excuse to go and hunt some jedi! Plus, playing as the bad guys is great and not something we get to do often enough - especially considerig that one of the best games of all time, Tie Fighter, allowed you to play from the bad guys side. That said, i think i've finally burned out of SW games. Recently played Obi-wan (for interest, and cos i saw it dirt cheap) and it wasn't that bad. But after finishing watching Space-Above & Beyond this week i suddenly had a craving for a space shooter (which no one makes anymore). So i picked up Starfighter SE for xbox cheap... it got reasonable scores and is a 50/50 mix of two games i liked (x-wing and rogue squadron)... but i just can't get into it at all. Infact i think i actually groaned when that introductory scroll started - something i used to love but i think i have now seen in 6 movies and 20+ games. Even the usually atmospheric music just annoyed me because i've heard it so many times now. Help me! I'm losing the faith...

He comes in after the stormies blast everything with his hands on his belt and then chokes the POWs. Hunting down Jedi would be fun though. I want it to be like the Jedi Knight series. I'd get it then. If it's an action thing like JPB or RotS, I'll pass on it. I think it's going to be exciting either way to hear him breathing constantly as you run around

swphreak Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 Hey, Obi-Wan was not that bad. It's a good $10-50 game. I wonder if they're going to use the Episode III engine, or if they're going to develop something from the ground up. Phreak wants to see some screenies!
