Beyonce and Longoria in Lesbian Love Affair

Beyonce Knowles

HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood sirens Beyonce Knowles and Eva Longoria are teaming up on screen to play lesbian lovers.

The pop star and Desperate Housewives actress have been approached to star in period piece Tipping the Velvet, to be directed by Sofia Coppola.

Based on a raunchy Sarah Waters novel, it tells the tale of an 1890s music hall star and her lover.

Longoria says, "Yes it's true, we're talking about doing that. It's such a wonderful novel, a beautiful love story.

Knowles adds, "We've had Brokeback Mountain so the time is right for this divine novel to get the same treatment."

We just need to endure Beyonce's terrible acting LOL

Wouldn't it be better for the gay community if they kept sex out of it?

In fact, I think it would be better if they kept sex out of movies in general.

I mean you can imply it but we don't need to all see it. Sex is supposed to be a private, sensual thing; not open for all the world to see.

Personally, I think watching a sex scene at the theater with all those people around is just creepy.

Now, this is what I'm talking about.

Two fine ass women getting nasty.

But it probably won't be that good unless it shows on HBO. :)

I'd say something to the effect of "Sex rools, u dork!" but that would be offensive and disrespectful to the corpse of cinematic drama and story.

I'm not sure I fully understand... the overwhelming interest most folks have in this movie has to do with the fact that we might get to see a little bit of simulated sex between 2 women, a fairly attractive white woman, and a fairly attractive African-American one?

And we need to wait for this movie to be produced and released WHY??!?

Gather round now, children, and listen closely to your kindly uncle edlib while he explains a few things about the workings of the World-Wide-Web... :dozey:

:joy:

Without the promise of sapphic action between 2 currently popular celebrities, there's probably no way this film could ever get made.

Hawt. :D

Indeed.

But my point was there are plenty of opportunities to see the same thing out there, if you have a web connection.

Probably just as simulated... but in many cases, appearing less so... if you catch my meaning. (Thank those crafty kids with their Photoshop skillz.) :dozey:

Or if you don't mind non-celebrities... even more chances to see the same thing with no simulation.

Please don't make me have to spell it out. ;)

@Pie,BB, CO--I agree, so long as it's with me. Last I checked it was much more fun hands on than as a spectator sport. :)

Also, agree with edlib's take on theatrical version of movie, though cable more likely to host that kind of thing. Either that, or art houses and film festivals.

Heh heh. Word.

Considering everybody here has access to modern society's sum total production output of pornography with the touch of a button, the female Brokeback thing will more than likely seem very tame by comparison.

Still, I can think of a lot worse things to be looking at for two hours than Beyonce getting frisky with Eva Longoria...gay cowboys eating pudding being one of them...
