The Doctor
S'only four seasons. Not that big a deal. Enough to let it enter syndication, though.
Rogue15
that's still plenty...more footage than all sw combined!
The Doctor
I dunno, I've always hoped that the Star Wars series would be more like a full seven or eight seasons. No more than that, though - don't want it to 'jump the shark'.
Commander Obi-Wan
Ah, yes. Prime fought the video that I didn't. Cool. Though, I think that's only 100 episodes about the Clone Wars, and not the Live Action series, IIRC from that video. Still, that's quite a bit of content. And I hope, and suspect, they would be hour long episodes. Unless, they'll be only half hour episodes.... Thanks for the link, Prime.
Shem
That is so cool. I love George Lucas interviews. Great find Prime.
Jason Skywalker
Star Wars dead? BLASPHEMY! ... Oh wait, NOT dead. Ah, ok. Good find though Prime.

Char Ell
Nice find, Prime. Listening to GL talk about some of the things that will be featured in the upcoming SW animated TV series made me hope that the new series will take a different tact than the Clone Wars animated shorts did. I didn't think those were all that great.
lukeiamyourdad
Great news indeed. Hell, even without any kind of new show, Star Wars will live on forever in our hearts and souls

Ztalker
Got a good feeling about this... You can just see the sparkle in his eyes when he talks about the series, a good sign. Good thing he cleared some stuff up Great link!
HerbieZ
I get the sense the more cooler stuff will be in the second season. As entire first season is directed by Lucas. Some of the more creative minds behind the expanded universe do the best stuff i think, so hopefully they get someone more familier with the expanded universe to direct the second . Oh and im not holding my breath hoping it wont be 90% green-screen. :/ Still, looks awesome.

Titanius Anglesmith
It's good to hear the big guy himself say it. It seems a bit odd that he was so shifty about the live-action series, but still, this all good news indeed.
Kas'!m
I find it ludicrous that George doesn't know the names of his own creations.
deathdisco
He just asks for exotic aliens, wich he approves based on what they look like. Someone else comes up with what kind of species they are. To George they're all: Hamerhead Walrusman Snagletooth ect. :xp:
Diego Varen
While I'm looking foward to the Star Wars TV series, I just hope it isn't wrecked or incomplete, like TSL was, which will annoy some fans. If Lucas can do the series alright, then I have a good feeling that the series will be good.
Jediphile
While I'm looking foward to the Star Wars TV series, I just hope it isn't wrecked or incomplete, like TSL was, which will annoy some fans. If Lucas can do the series alright, then I have a good feeling that the series will be good. Totally different scenario. Lucas can take whatever time he likes to make the series. He's top dog, and nobody's going to tell him when or how to finish. That's quite different from Obsidian, who had a solid plot for TSL, but were contracted to make it into a game by Lucasarts, who demanded they finish it in less than a year and then decided to cut two months off that schedule. Thankfully those two don't compare at all. That said, I don't think Lucas' prequel trilogy has been as good as the original (though I consider RotS to be better than RotJ). So somehow, I've got a bad feeling about the new show...
Sabretooth
A new character called what? Asoka? That's the third reference to Indian history I know, alongside Shaak Ti and Admiral Ackbar. But yeah, good to know that stuff is still going on at Lucas'. Somehow, I know I can trust Lucas when he said that Star Wars is going to get better and better. Sabretooth
booyah! uh, will it be aired in the gulf? or india? India, I think so. They did show the Clone Wars, and Lucas has a studio in Singapore, meaning that he might be somewhat friendly with South Asia. As for the Gulf, I have no frickin' idea. A good hint is, if you got the original Clone Wars, you should get the second serving.
